Cockroaches, Homeless, and **********! Do NOT stay here. The rooms wreak of stale cigars, ****, and cigarettes. The homeless and ********** come in and hang out in the lobby, outside, and out back by the dumpsters. Look and you’ll see their mattress. This hotel does not offer a continental breakfast. They do NOT even offer housekeeping! Stay away!

This hotel is terrible, it’s not clean, fire detector was hanging down in the room, the toilette roll holder was broken off the wall, it was a nasty kitchen, couch and bathroom. I will never stay here again. The personnel in the parking lot were creepy, there is a small parking lot in the front the fills up and if you have to park in the back none of the doors work so you have to walk around with all of your stuff. The hotel is extremely dark.

Home away from home!! The entire staff are phenomenal! They are led by a true leader and it shows. The rooms are comfortable and spacious! We feel like family. We feel safe and secure. I would recommend anyone who's looking for a short or long term stay to here! Thank you Evelyn and the entire staff for all that you do!!

Me and my husband have been here since June 2023 and we absolutely love it here. Staff is amazing, especially Ms Paula, Miranda, TJ, and Ms Evelyn. Like any business problems can arise and they are quick to resolve and make ESA a safe, quiet, and wonderful place to have as your temporary home. You won’t find another place like this that is affordable and clean like it is here. So if you’re just passing through or need a place for a longer time period THIS IS YOUR PLACE!! I can’t thank the staff enough for how kind, welcoming and helpful to me and my husband!

I am here traveling for work and have been staying at this hotel for a little over a month . This hotel is Roach infested, the HouseKeepers doesn’t clean the rooms properly, the carpet is dirty , the appliances are very old and Outdated, and the hallways always have a bad smell. recently the staff has removed the handles to the doors in the back of the hotel and also deactivated the key reader so there is no point in parking in the back parking lot . Very unprofessional !
