A great place for bicycling, horseback riding, fishing, running, walking and finding solace within nature. You would never know you are just 30 minutes away from the downtown craziness of Nashville! The open concept Indoor Space is the perfect setting for fun conversation and entertainment, while the kitchen is stacked and ready for your inner culinary self to let loose (air fryer, rice cooker, crockpot, insta-pot, and more)…or just a frozen pizza, no judgement! The Master features a King Size bed, and super comfy Queen beds in two of the other rooms- plus you'll be surprised at the level of comfort in the queen sized pull out sofa in 4th bedroom/game room. The Game Room includes a skee ball machine, X-box, several board games, cards, Blu-ray player with DVDs/Blu-rays—basically all the things you need for fun relaxing weekend. Feeling like you'd rather have some quiet time? Snuggle up in the reading nook by the back door, Zen out by the electric fireplace, or make use of one of the smart TVs in each bedroom and binge watch the night away! Outdoors you will find Quintessential southern summer porch with rocking chairs in the front of the home. The home sits on just under an acre, leaving plenty of room to make use of the gas fire pit and the outdoor games provovided- corn hole, horseshoes, can jam, etc! Booking guests must be minimum of 21 years old. Please ask us about early check in or late checkout. If our cleaners are able to accommodate, there is $55 (plus tax) charge. Parking is available in the driveway. The garage is not accessible for guest use. Please treat my home and things in it as if they were your own. If something breaks or if you stain a sheet or towel, let me know so I can get it taken care of for future guests. Please do NOT use the towels to remove your make-up or the linen clean-up will get charged to you. Use the provided make-up remover towels! Kitchen items are labeled for placement- please return them to their proper place. If you leave behind any glitter or decorations, we will have to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee. All trash must be thrown away in a trash bag and tied properly and placed in the trash bin. Any loose trash will also be charged for clean up. No smoking inside the house! If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin. There is a $500 charge if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found. Keep the noise level down especially after 10PM and respect my lovely neighbors. There is a $250 Disturbance fee if we get a noise complaint. For guest's safety, we do not allow any parties, drugs and, of course, illicit activities. We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders coming in. If emergency services (police, security) is called, there is a $250 Service fee. At this time, we are not accepting pets. Due to allergies, we can not accept cats. Please reach out for more information or any special needs! The listing shows the standard occupancy. Guests that are over and above are charged $10 per person per night, up to the maximum occupancy. Locals will be reviewed thoroughly to ensure no parties are held, per standards. Please make sure your vehicle(s) and the place is properly locked up and any of your valuables are not left out to ensure the safety and security of all. We are not responsible for any loss in property. . . The Damage Waiver Fee is designed to cover unintentional, minor damages to the Property. It does not cover loss or damages due to: Intentional acts or gross negligence has the sole right and discretion of determining an intentional vs unintentional damage; Normal wear and tear of the real or personal property; Any damage that occurs if you are in violation of the rental agreement or house rules; . Loss, theft or damage caused by any person other than the Guest or Guest's visitors. The Damage Waiver Fee also does not cover theft, unauthorized entry into the owner's supply closet, unauthorized pets, extensive cleaning required at check-out, smoking, exceeding occupancy limits or parking limits, and any other charges/polices in the Rental Agreement or any fines imposed by the City, County, State or Home Owner Association as the result of violation of any law, ordinance, rule or regulation or any fines or costs levied against Guest or visitors of Guest (Excess Damage Costs). Guest will be notified of any Excess Damage Costs, which will be charged to the Guest. Guest assumes full responsibility for any items found to be missing and any damage due to misuse, negligence or action on Guest's or Guest's visitors part, except in the case of normal wear-and-tear reported to Manager within 12 hours of Check-in. Any Damage caused by the Guest or Guest's visitors should be immediately reported.
