비토리아(Hotel Vittoria)

In Italy, they give the stars away and this for sure is not a 4 stars hotel, maybe 3. The room was not as expected and the breakfast was basic. We asked for the electric iron but it wasn't available. I have to say that at the checkout, I complained and the reduced bit cost of the room, but I’ll not change my mind, I'll not come back here.

Very nice and perfeclty located hotel in a town not known for international tourism. Nevertheless if you are in the area, stop the day, stay the night and will be most enjoyable. You will be surprised of the town

Good located, near everything. We had a nice room with a very good bed. a nice bath of good size and a good walk-in shower. Everything very clean. Good breakfast. Grand old building. A restaurant on the ground floor and a wine bar across the street.

Great location, helpful staff, nice grand entrance. The room unfortunately is 2 star at best, extremely outdated, cold, several things damaged or broken. The TV is more than 20 years old. Breakfast included items that obviously had been put out day after day and were not fresh, coffee was good at least.

Hotel options are somewhat limited in Faenza… Hotel Vittoria is certainly appealing with its eccentric decor! The welcome was friendly, reception area is nicely decorated.. however the bedroom (104) was not overly clean with hairs in the bathroom and paintwork marked everywhere.. the bed linen is poor quality and the room was very very cold also with the air con on highest warm setting not resolving the temperature! The bathroom amenities are lacking (shower/shampoo mix was the only item provided), hairdryer is old (not powerful enough) and should be upgraded. The shower drain is also blocked… no in room kettle (available at reception). No iron/ironing board available which was a big issue for me! Walking through the hotel there is a real chill in the air so bring you coat when going for breakfast as most guests do. Waitress at breakfast was not friendly, provided no service, did not even get a coffee… chewing gum not very professional. She rushed around to clear tables before guests had fully finished. The breakfast buffet is basic - continental spread.. a fresh fruit salad would be nice as fruit not fresh. Lots of room for improvement!

Very convinient location, close to train station. Gives an oportunity to get good connection to Florence, Milan or Bologna.

Bellissimo hotel nel centro storico, a due passi a piedi da tutte le attrazioni turistiche, ma in una strada tranquilla. Bellissimo l'atrio retrò. La mia camera, nell'ala dell'hotel ristrutturata, molto carina. Piccola ma funzionale e ben tenuta. Pulizia buona. Vista dalla camera spettacolare, sulla chiesa con campanile. Colazione buona. Personale gentile.

Ottima atmosfera originale dell' epoca e mantenuta dalla proprietà,in fase di ristrutturazione dopo l alluvione,avrei gradito più cura nelle teche dell' esposizione delle ceramiche,e una colazione meno impersonale ,spero a causa dell' alluvione,la mia camera dava sulla strada ed è risultata un po' rumorosa, valorizzare di più l offerta gastronomica del faentino,ottima colonna sonora nella hall,nel complesso un soggiorno piacevole,molta disponibilità al desk accoglienza
