Well, the chef tries to hard to be good. Less ingredients could be better. I do like the place, the terrace is great as well as the restaurant. The service this time was too slow but usually it is better. The staff is excellent as usual. Thank you

Another wondeful stay at Pierre Blanche! From start to finish the team always look after us in a special way. The pool area was a delight on this years visit as temperatures soar! We were also lucky to see the bulls running with Camargue horses which happens second week of august annually in Eygalieres. Food in L'Opale, as always, for both breakfast and dinner is superb and a big thank you to Joffrey and his team who never fail to deliver the best service! Thank you guys.....we will be back!

If I could, I would rate this 6 stars. Pierre Blanche is a superb hotel set amongst vineyards and about 2 minute drive (10 min walk) to the beautiful village of Eygalières. Recently celebrated my birthday there with a group of friends and the team could not have been more accommodating to our needs. Joffrey went above and beyond to make all guests feel at home and organized some excellent lunches and dinners for the group. Especially, my birthday dinner…. Thank you so much to you and your excellent staff for a memorable night. In summary, if you are looking for a hotel near Eygalieres that has a tranquil pool area, delicious food and friendly staff, look no further. We will be back soon.

We celebrated my birthday with a fantastic dinner at L’Opale. The outdoor dining area is magical and the food and service are outstanding. The attention to detail is incredible and the food is not only delicious, but is also beautiful - like a work of art. It’s our second time dining there and we will return every time we are in the area. Magnifique!

The best review I could think of is to say...just book right away and stay there. Others have written full descriptions which all add up to the same feeling. Go... Domaine La Pierre Blanche is a true gem. The lovely buildings, well designed and delightfully comfortable rooms, seductive pools, lovely outdoor landscaping, gentle and calm ambiance, excellent cuisine and service are simply at a high standard without being stuffy or too formal. It is definitely a place to relax and savor a little life in Provence. We came upon this place just by accident but are very grateful for the discovery and plan to return next year for a longer stay. In addition, the staff went above and beyond to assist my husband in handling an issue that had nothing to do with our stay. We appreciated that thoughtful support very much. Our thanks to them.

Leider ein sehr negatives Erlebnis, obwohl die 4 Tage hier der krönende Abschluss eines Südfrankreichurlaubs sein sollten. Die Anlage war Anfang Oktober schon im Wintermodus entgegen anderslautender Infos vorab und auf der Webseite. Sauberkeit und Pflege ließen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Insbesondere war der beheizte Pool (einziger Grund für die Buchung) eiskalt. Wie wir 3 Tage nach Ankunft erfahren haben, war die Pumpe kaputt. Hätte man kommunizieren können. Statt dessen wurde jeder, der neu ankam erstmal zum „picine chaude“ geführt. Wenn die erwartungsfreudigen Gäste dann im Bademantel hinkamen, mussten sie vor Ort eine böse Überraschung erleben. Davon abgesehen hätte man sich eh nicht abtrocknen können - die Pooltücher waren ständig leer und das Personal wusste nicht, wo es neue Tücher geben könnte. Ach ja, gesäubert wurde der Pool das erste Mal drei Tage nach unserer Ankunft - s. Fotos. Den Wasserfall haben wir nie in Aktion gesehen in 5 Tagen. Das Frühstück war für 26,- ein schlechter Witz - viele trockene Kuchen, aber nicht mal Joghurt. Dafür kaltes matschiges Rösti. Nüsse ranzig. Kaffee aus der Kapselmaschine. Wir hatten bewusst ein bestimmtes Zimmer gebucht - bekommen haben wir ein anderes. Das Personal ist sehr nett, aber völlig ahnungslos. Die Kommunikation zwischen Management und Mitarbeitern scheint nicht vorhanden zu sein. Geschweige denn die Kommunikation zu den Gästen. Am Ende bot man uns eine Nacht Erstattung an - die Erstattung ist aber nie bei uns eingegangen, auf Mails antwortet man hier grundsätzlich nicht. Eine Riesenenttäuschung - nie wieder.
