Premier Inn Exmouth Seafront

Check in good. Staffing levels need looking at. Reception phone constantly ringing. No one to answer it. Being in the location it's in Guests need advice etc the restaurant staff were very good inbetween trying to clean tables etc. Breakfast was excellent. Evening meal disappointed with quality of fish served and chips only just warm. Room had nice view. Basic clean not like other premier inns we've stayed in. Outside needs attention could do with painting. Short walk into town centre. Lovely walk along beach

Excellent location. Premier inn plus worth the extra money, we had a large room with a small fridge, tea coffee etc. Comfy bed, fluffy towels. Car park £5 a day, no problem parking. Wi fi ok but kept dropping out.

Was very disappointed with my room because the sewage smell was really bad. Had to switch rooms. WiFi didn’t work at all anywhere in the hotel. When we got into the room the bed wasn’t made. The shower wouldn’t work properly in the second room. We were relieved when it was time to leave.

The hotel was in a good position with a good view across the bay. The hotel represents good value for money. One massive negative, you cannot open the window in the bedroom. This mad being in the room uncomfortable particularly at night.

All that we wanted, close to beach, sea views, close to town. No need to go far for meals as room meal deal excellent, value for money with quality. Staff attentive and friendly. Will definitely go back during the warmer months to enjoy all Exmouth has to offer. Only negative was the fact you had to pay car parking, shame guests didn’t have a free space.

Hotel is right on the seafront promenade in a covenient location for beach and town. Hotel is of excellent Premier-Inn-Standard quality, with the added benefit of a reasonably priced car park. Can't fault the stay from the moment of check in to check out. Room was really nice, clean, with everything inside as it should be. I would happily reserve there again.

Please sort out your new software at check in. It is obviously slower now than the previous system. Also the broadband could be much better. Apart from that, the staff are always brilliant and friendly. We have stayed here many times and will be back many more. The hotel is clean, tidy warm and welcoming. The exterior could do with a lick of paint.

Great hotel with amazing views of the beach, will 100% return again. Staff were all very friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Had breakfast in the morning and an evening meal which was great value for money. Couldn’t fault anything.

My Mum and i stayed here and checkin went smoothly the room was clean and comfortable and wasn't disturbed through the night with noise! and had a lovely sea view which was lovely to look out on! would stay here again checkout was easy car park was adequate
