Do not stay here. Most of the staff were nice besides 2 people. Their cameras only show live feed and do not record anything. This is a safety hazard. I think it’s very convenient they were not able to play back my encounter with the front desk agent, Noel. She was very RUDE! I’ve stayed there for over a month, she chases me in front of the hotel in the mornings screaming about what time checkout is despite me ALWAYS having a late check out. Embarrassing me in front of other guests screaming my business. Nasty way to conduct business. On top of this, upon my return to the room, she ran up to me asking if her manager Kassidy called me (she did not). Noel accused my boyfriend and I of flooding the floor by leaving the bathroom sink on. Immediately, we knew that was not true. It was an ADA/Wheelchair Accessible Room, which means there was a DRAIN on the floor, IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE TO CAUSE A FLOOD. We had just got into a car accident the night before, and we had to rush out in the morning to get our belongings. We did not even have time to use the bathroom in the morning. It was a complete LIE. When we confronted Noel after going upstairs, checking the bathroom and seeing it was DRY, she then switched her story and said it was the kitchen that was flooded. We went back upstairs to check the kitchen and guess what? IT WAS ALSO DRY. I took a video so Noel or the hotel could not lie about this further. I will be posting the video to multiple platforms because this behavior from Noel and the Element hotel was DISGUSTING. I’m done being harassed by this woman and I never want to speak to or see her again. Something positive I will say is that the rooms are nice. The pool is closed always, you’re better off staying at the Courtyard next door! I will only stay here again if the courtyard is sold out and Noel is not at the front desk. My boyfriend is a platinum member and I am gold member, we spend a lot of money on Marriott’s, THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Noel makes money there, I SPEND IT. Customer service needs to be taken up a notch.
