I would like to share my accommodation experience. Unfortunately, this hotel is not sufficiently modern, and the quality of service is low. There's not even a bellboy to carry the luggage, which can be really tiring especially after long journeys. Another disappointment I had with the hotel staff was their attitude and behavior. Even a simple greeting was left unanswered, and they didn't have much of an expression on their faces. This was not a pleasant welcome experience at all. Considering its location and the quality of service it offers, the prices of the hotel are high. It's possible to find many other hotels in a similar area that can provide better service for a more reasonable fee. The service I received from this hotel created dissatisfaction and unfortunately, I will not choose it again.

Hotel is center of alexandroupoli , all workers are good and kindly ,also can talk english turkish german .For childreen have pools and sea is not deep .Breakfast is good room is clean and modern Thank you for hospitalty of grace astir hotel

Otel ***et merkezi konumda. Park sorunu yok. Kışın ana bina tercih ederseniz sıcaklık konusunda problem yaşamazsınız. Kahvaltı beklentinize bağlı olarak değişebilir. Temel kahvaltiliklar bana uyar derseniz ”kafi miktarda” denilebilir.

İki gün kaldık.güler yüzlü personel.odaların temizliği çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı ***et iyi idi.
