During my recent stay at the Marriott, I encountered a couple of issues that marred my experience. Firstly, I was disappointed to find stains on the bed sheets. Although I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the response was less than satisfactory, leaving me feeling as though my concerns were not taken seriously.
Additionally, a request for toothpaste made to room service in the morning went unfulfilled for over 30 minutes. This delay disrupted my plans, resulting in my decision to leave the hotel earlier than intended.
These experiences were quite unexpected, as they do not align with the high standards of service and hospitality that Marriott is known for. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity for the hotel to address and improve their service quality and responsiveness. Despite this experience, I believe in the brand's capability to offer exceptional hospitality and hope for better experiences in the future.
