This large, 1925 classic old Florida home in lovely Eustis will hold your vacation memories. It's clean and comfortable, with updated bathrooms, all new windows. Be aware that there are level changes and sloped floors on the now- enclosed porches.It has four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and several extra rooms. There are two enclosed porches (one with a bed) and a speakeasy, plus a half acre yard with a fenced 8 foot deep pool.There's a separate cottage on the 1/2 acre property. And there are two extra sleeping spots: in the main living room are two futons that can each sleep 1 person and the sunroom with futon for 2.
