The hospitality was great, the staf is so friendly, it gave us a warm welcome. The hotel food and breakfast are good. The national park is really beautiful. We rented fatbikes and that was a great adventure to See this park. We also did an evening walk and that was amazing with the sunset.

Everything went so smooth that our stay was perfect. Food, service, room, sauna and the surrounding just perfect. I will definitely go back and go hiking some more and maybe have a dip in the lake as well. Have a chat with the hosts they have a lot of nice stories to share.

I went there with my family and our youngest age was 3th old boy who really loved and enjoy the place and even he cried when we have to check out! And we love the tent and we spend with my family the best time with the nature ❤️ The place is just unreal

A lovely experience! Lovely rooms overlooking the lake with warm beds and all the essentials! Morning sauna and generous breakfasts were also highlights! The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, giving us advice on walking routes and the local area!

Had a great overnight stay at Haltia. The room was well designed with a nice little balcony overlooking the lake, but the highlight was the bar/ lounge. Had a great evening enjoying some food, local beers and kyrö gin. The service was fantastic, the staff really made you feel at home and honestly the lady who served us during the evening gave us the best customer service I have experienced in Finland and I have lived here 14 years ! Breakfast plate was generous and especially enjoyed the warm bread and local honey - would definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon

Wonderful break from daily routines. Service was excellent. I loved the breakfast. Sadly all paths in the forest were too icy. We had to rest whole evening in that tent we were booked. Good choice after all. Bed was suitable and all other things worked just fine.

The hotel is quite new so the whole building is fresh and clean. We stayed here for one night and there were some minor issues that were a bit of an annoyance. We had our balcony facing the front of the hotel, where people apparently could smoke. We had our balcony door open to get fresh air in but unfortunatly also the tobacco smokes. The doors to the hotel rooms should be fixed so that it wouldn’t slam so hard, because the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear very clearly when somebody is walking outside your room. There were a couple of time when we got starled and woke up when the neighbours open/shut their door and also we got woken up early in the morning because of the doors. The pros are that the service is good and the location is great.

I recently spent a week at Haltia Lake Lodge to rest after a pretty busy and stressful few months. It exceeded my hopes and expectations. The manager, Miko created an environment both welcoming and comfortable for me. I was expecting to be largely dong things on my own with my little dog (who was also warmly welcomed) but there was always someone friendly to chat with and the dining and sitting area was a great place to relax and meet people. The environment was just what I needed to make a connection with nature again, with many walks with spectacular views of Finland's beautiful lakes and forests. I will not forget the peace it brought to me and I will return again to this special place.

Exceptinal nice and comfort lodge,never seen that before. Very kind and friendly sercice 100%. Great food and local brewery products. Pet frendly as big plus. Superior place for outdooe activities. Outstanding views.
