호텔 아네몬 에스키셰히르(Anemon Eskisehir Hotel)

The hotel is well placed in the city and the staff helped us find some restaurants because we arrived midnight. Clean and neat and great price for the buck!

Şimdi gelelim otele ilk olarak konum şehirden uzak yht ile otel arası 40 tl tutuyor taksi ile Sazova Parkı da 40 tl tutuyor yani sazova Parkı ıle çarşı arasında bir otel kahvaltı zayıftı anemon otele yakışmayacak düzeyde güvenlik açısından çok güvenilir ve rahat bir otel… Konum ve kahvaltı dışında bir durum daha var ki içler acısı odada bulunan 2 küçük suyun sizlere yetmeyeceğini düşünmüşler ki mini bara 0.5 su koymuşlar bu suyun tanesi 20₺ yanlış okumadığınız 20₺ anlayacağınız 3 suya 60₺ verdim. daha önce gittiğim otellerde mini bardaki hiçbir suya ücret alınmadı alınsa bile böyle bir ücret ile karşı karşıya kalmadım.

Rooms were clean, we did not had enough time to comment on the service but I guess that the service is also more than enough. The Gym and Pool services were great for my son to use, he even could use the gym hall in the evening. Spa, Gym and Pool is great in general. Lastly, the breakfast was okay but could be much more rich in regards with the variation of foods for breakfast.

Bizler biletleri peşin aldık. İptal etmenize rağmen 5500 tl paramızı iade etmediniz. Her arayışımda vır bahane uydurdunuz. Telefonları acmiyorsunuz. Konya dedeman otel de size ulaşamıyor. Bizleri dolandirdiniz. 5500 tl sizin için küçük bir rakam ama bizler için büyük bir rakam . O kadar sanatçı agirliyorsunuz. Utanmıyor musunuz insanları dolandırmadaya.almadigimiz hizmetin parasını iade etmediniz. 5500 tl yi siz ve bulent ersoy çıtır çıtır yediniz :) haram olsun ama her yerden yazacağız. Pes etmeyeceğiz.

I went Eskişehir with my girlfriend and we stayed in Anemon Hotel. Everything was great. Food was delicious and staff were really kind and helpful. The hotel is really close to city center that's why we can trip everywhere very easily. I can prefer this hotel again.

We are staying at Anemon one week every year when visiting family in Eskisehir. Everything is very good and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The location is great and there is a shopping center right next to it as well. Taxi station right outside and the hotel is one of extremely few with a pool, both outside and inside. We will stay again next year as always! I really recommend this hotel.

Hotel is 17 years old. All furnatures were old. Not clean. One of the elevators got broken when we were in it. Not recommending to stay. Staff was friendly but I will not choose it again. Breakfast was very dissappointing. ………………………………………….

5 yıldızlı olmasına rağmen odadaki eşyalar eski idi ve temizlik çok iyi değildi. ***et iyi ve büyük otoparkı vardı. Açık ve kapalı havuzları güzeldi. Kahvaltısı zayıftı.

I am staying for my second long business trip in this hotel. Despite my first advices and recommendations to the hotel management and staff there was no improvement in the hotel quality, specially quality of food and beverage. Firstly I have to admit that the hotel immediately needs a restoration, all doors, furniture and other components of the rooms are about to collapse, this completely damages the vision of a 5 star hotel. TV system does not function properly, there is a special noise while watching some tv channels. This problem should be removed as soon as possible. Carpet of the rooms is almost ruined and needs to be replaced with new carpets. Well if I want to write all items it would be tens of paragraphs and if these paragraphs could have a result I would have seen it in my first review weeks ago therefore I come to another point. Dear owner of the Anemon hotels (I think Mr. İsmail) if you have a little bit respect to your job and to the tourism industry then I think you would stand up from your chair and come to your investment in Eskişehir and see what are the problems. Improvements in this hotel are out of scope of Managers and staff. They work with 9 to 5 rythem and look at this as a job to feed their families. This is the responsibility of the owner or investor to come and see what his child does, how it grows, what will be its future and etc. I remember that while I was in a business trip in Sultanate of Oman because of my review in tripadvisor the owner of hotel who was an indian guy came and visited the hotel, directly asked my ideas and concerns. This means having interest and passion for what you do. Well this much is enough from my side and I dont have more time than this to spend for the review, just as I mentioned respect to the tourism industry required care and attendance of the managers and investors. For the last 2-3 days there are international handball players from Slovenia and Netherlands staying in the hotel and I think that our real 5 star quality which exists in many places of this beautiful country specially Antalya could not be shown to these international guests. They saw broken doors, torn carpets and damaged furniture of this hotel and will tell their friends about their 5 star experience in Turkey. So in short Mr. Owner of the hotel please move a little bit, and managers and chiefs do not act as a government official 9 to 5. Good luck
