Seth Santo Tomás

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by the truly fabulous team. They were kind,caring and extremely considerate to our needs. The room was excellent, the food was wonderful, and the ambiance was perfect. Rarely these days do you find exceptional service that is genuine and consistent but at Seth Santo Tomas hotel, it comes as standard. A very special mention to Mafe, Rafe, Alex, Juan Ramon and Norada, (there were others but we cannot remember their names, sorry!) Their kindness made our stay even better. Would we stay again?……… YES ! , in a heartbeat! Thank you again, Pete & Shirley.

We absolutely loved this hotel and can't wait to go back. One of the big draws is the staff, who are all wonderful - so helpful and can't do enough for you. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and really quiet. We had a sea-view room with the most gorgeous view over the beach and out to sea. The pool area is lovely, with very comfortable sunbeds and brollies, set out in pretty gardens. The Malibu beach bar is great for lunch or early dinner, and the staff there are lovely. There is a gate from the garden onto the beach (you need to walk up the beach a few metres if you want to swim, as the bit in front of the hotel is rocky), and this also takes you onto the coastal path. There is a great restaurant about five minutes west (turn right out of the hotel) called Es Bruc. It is seafood-focused and very good value, with a fantastic view. You do need to book - you can do that online at their website. The hotel serves an amazing brekkie - everything from fresh fruit and Bircher muesli to omelets and bacon and eggs, lots of cold meats and cheeses, delicious fresh breads and homemade jams - and of course, ensaimada (my new favourite). The hotel and Santo Tomas generally are very quiet and the guests do tend to be in the older age range, so this might not be the place for younger folk who want to party, or large noisy groups! We found it incredibly relaxing and will definitely be going back.

This hotel is outstanding in every way. The room was ideal, the pool was great so my husband said but too cold for me. The outside and pool have had a face lift in the last year and it was lovely design. The food for breakfast and evening meal was good but like most self service it could have been warmer. The most outstanding part of this hotel was the staff, wow they were outstanding from the excellent staff on reception to the the room cleaning staff all fantastic, we have stayed in hotels from 2 star to 5 star but the staff at this hotel outshone them all.

Best Holiday Ever, Clean, quiet, great food, lovely staff, good room. Lovely garden. Drinks a little dear. Great location, but beaches are nearly gone. Shame they were once lovely. Lovely dining room with tables well spaced. Reception staff very helpful

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel and it's location. The location of the hotel is in a quiet area and almost equi-distant from Mahon and Ciutadella and situated on the south coast.

This hotel enjoys a really beautiful quiet location with direct access to the beach. I went with my 82 year old mother and the hotel has really thought about accessibility for older guests which she appreciated. The staff are without exception friendly, helpful and extremely hard working. They were always smiling. The pool area is lovely with individual sunlounger areas for pairs of guests and a great mixture of seating. The bar by the sea has a fabulous setting. The buffet breakfast and dinners had some delicious fish dishes and good variety without being over whelming. I would really recommend this hotel if you are wanting a quiet location with a beautiful setting.

My wife and I stayed here in May at the start of the season, so it was quiet. We had a GF suite which overlooked the pool and the beach. It was amazing waking to the sound of the sea everyday and the most difficult thing to leave behind. Great for Cami de Cavalls costal walk - we covered 50km in a few days. Not helpful to us for dinner options, so we went for the buffet on our first night. Some live music nights but we were exhausted from our hikes Food B&B was good. Buffet breakfast with good choice ranging from English, continental and cereals. Food seemed good quality compared to other hotel stays. Remember this is buffet food though, not Michelin star! Location Santo Tomas is small village resort with a nice clean beach. Some sand, some rocks. Some larger hotels the other end of the village full of other UK tourists. Glad we avoided those!!! MASSIVE THANK YOU to the entire team for looking after us and for the birthday surprise bottle of Cava! Nice touch.

What a lovely way to spend a week! This was our first hotel stay in a long while. We usually go for Air B&B but we wanted a little more than a self cater holiday this time. We are so glad we chose Seth Santo Tomas. (bed and breakfast) The staff are very friendly and polite. We had a buffet dinner one night for ease and there was a great selection. Breakfast was huge and offered a huge range of food such as cereals, pastries, english breakfast and toast. Our room (suite with pool view) was spotless and the view was to die for! The housekeeping team were so lovely too! The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were perfect! I have never been so comfy away from home...ever!! We were celebrating my husbands birthday whilst here and I had taken his birthday cards and some decorations with me to put up in the room. The staff must have reported back to reception and when we got back to our room there was a present from the hotel team for his birthday. It was so unexpected but such a wonderful thing to do. Although we seemed like we were well below the average age of the usual guest it was lovely, it was chilled and peaceful. The pool area is very modern and plenty of loungers available. There is a gate out to the beach and the Cami de Cavalls trail.
