So this was our first trip to Santo Tomas and even Menorca so we did our research before we went, read all the reviews ( all positive) but nothing we had read did this hotel justice! The reality is even better! We got the warmest of welcomes from Alex and Mafe and we’re totally overwhelmed to receive a fabulous upgrade to one of the beautiful beach view villas. This made our holiday just that bit more special. The location is perfect, the facilities are immaculate, the food is plentiful and provides so much choice for both breakfast and dinner , sometimes it’s hard to choose what to eat!! What makes it special though is the staff at the hotel who through their friendly approach and professionalism create the most wonderful relaxing atmosphere for their guests to enjoy. Thank you to you all. We absolutely cannot wait to return and are already planning our next visit.

We spent an unforgettable week in a truly enchanting place. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest and most welcoming staff who were always ready to assist us with a smile. This was our second visit to this hotel, having come in 2023. As soon as we arrived we were met with the most lovely welcome by Alex on reception, and this set the tone for the whole holiday. This is the best hotel, by far, that we have ever stayed in. The facilities are great, the hotel is extraordinary clean, and the food very acceptable for buffet food, and the chefs are always checking to make sure it is kept hot and replenished. There is also a hot cooking station where there is a chef who will cook meat or fish individually for you. The grounds and pool area is stunning having been completely refurbished. The swimming pool has been remodelled and is less deep, which is great for me as a non-swimmer, although I do understand some people who are swimmers may be disappointed. The grass area for the sunbeds has gone and replaced with individual areas of cement connected by paths. Each individual sunbed area has its own sunshade, and there are local shrubs planted all around the outside of each area. This works really well making each area more private. Our room was large with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea, on the second floor. It had a lovely bathroom with both bath and shower. Water, tea, coffee and milk was replenished daily for us. Finally, besides the fantastic position on the coast, lovely pool and sunbed area, fantastic food and ultra cleanliness, what really made this hotel was the staff. Every single person from reception, restaurant staff/chefs, cleaners and maintenance people made us extremely welcome. Not one of them would pass you without at least acknowledging you, and several would start a conversation. We enjoyed this holiday so much, we have already booked to come back June 2025.

First visited some 7 years ago, our recent return was simply wonderful. The staff were very friendly, the hotel beautiful and immaculately clean, the restaurant presented a chilled sophisticated vibe with an excellent selection of delicious food and indoor / outdoor dining options available oh able. The school canteen buffet was definitely missing giving a fantastic dining experience. The garden/pool area was beautifully maintained, and the pool suitable for younger children at one end and adults at the other. The Malibu beach bar provide a good range of lunchtime / afternoon food and drink options also. The hotel is situated in the heart of the resort, 50m from the beach. 3 adequate supermarkets nearby for other supplies, and a selection of bars and restaurants also available. Well worth a visit, borne out by the number of guests who return annually, from Spain, UK, Germany and France.

Fantastic relaxing week in this idyllic location by the beach. Very smart hotel, clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Great food, spacious room with fridge. Excellent breakfast choice and choice of meat and fish freshly cooked on grill in restaurant every evening as well as hot and cold self serve buffet. Beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Supermarket next door and beautiful coastal walks.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome by the truly fabulous team. They were kind,caring and extremely considerate to our needs. The room was excellent, the food was wonderful, and the ambiance was perfect. Rarely these days do you find exceptional service that is genuine and consistent but at Seth Santo Tomas hotel, it comes as standard. A very special mention to Mafe, Rafe, Alex, Juan Ramon and Norada, (there were others but we cannot remember their names, sorry!) Their kindness made our stay even better. Would we stay again?……… YES ! , in a heartbeat! Thank you again, Pete & Shirley.

My wife and I stayed here in May at the start of the season, so it was quiet. We had a GF suite which overlooked the pool and the beach. It was amazing waking to the sound of the sea everyday and the most difficult thing to leave behind. Great for Cami de Cavalls costal walk - we covered 50km in a few days. Beach Bad for Restaurant choice Staff / Service Cheerful and enthusiastic Helpful Hotel Clean & tidy Older hotel, so it’s showing its age Suite is a good size Plenty of sun beds when we wanted to chill Pool good size for size of hotel Located on the beach Beach bar & restaurant stops serving food at 4pm. Not helpful to us for dinner options, so we went for the buffet on our first night. Some live music nights but we were exhausted from our hikes Food B&B was good. Buffet breakfast with good choice ranging from English, continental and cereals. Food seemed good quality compared to other hotel stays. Remember this is buffet food though, not Michelin star! Location Santo Tomas is small village resort with a nice clean beach. Some sand, some rocks. Some larger hotels the other end of the village full of other UK tourists. Glad we avoided those!!! MASSIVE THANK YOU to the entire team for looking after us and for the birthday surprise bottle of Cava! Nice touch.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Santo Thomas hotel in Menorca this October, and it was an unforgettable experience. Having visited this resort many times in the 1980s, we always admired this beautiful hotel but could only afford to stay at the Sol Hotel next door. This year, we were looking for a relaxing break and managed to book a room at the Santo Thomas hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a wonderful receptionist who gave us such a warm welcome. Despite booking late, the receptionist informed us of an available room upgrade, and we immediately said yes upon seeing it. The suite was spacious, but the best part was the stunning view. The food at the hotel was amazing, with plenty of choices for everyone. All the staff were friendly and did their utmost to look after all guests. The pool area was excellent, with plenty of beds and a lovely beach bar, even though we didn't spend much time there. Every area of the hotel was spotlessly clean. We can't recommend the Santo Thomas hotel highly enough and will definitely be returning next year, for a longer stay this time.
