The hotel was beautiful, the pool areas were great , but the restaurant was appalling , you actually had to ask them to bring some food out to eat , it's as if they didn't want to feed you. There was virtually no choice, people were queuing up and asking them for food , keep your money for somewhere else at that price folks

Me and my girlfriend stayed here at the beginning of August and I can honestly say it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I thoroughly believe it could be a 5 star hotel. The decor is beautiful, the food is amazing and the staff are lovely and outgoing. It’s a very quiet hotel which was perfect for us as we just wanted to relax. There are 2 bars which serve food, snacks and different drinks, they are on the expensive side but the quality of the food and cocktails were amazing. We stayed half board and enjoyed both breakfast and evening meal, we didn’t always have evening meal in the hotel as we do like to explore a little however when we did eat there we were never disappointed. All in all I would return here in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it to any couple or family wanting a chilled ibiza holiday. .

Really nice hotel, spotlessly clean, lovely helping staff. Only real gripe was wardrobe space or lack of it. My wife could not hang her long dresses up. Pool areas are nice, background music, comfortable sunbeds, some people were reserving and not going on them until after lunch, which is wrong. The breakfast was very nice, good choice.

The hotel is spotlessly clean as all other reviews have stated.It has a lovely pool area and rooms are lovely and immaculate.The breakfast was fine .There is no entertainment or atmosphere in the hotel . There were 5 of us.3 staying for 2 weeks and 2 staying for 1 week.we we’re all half board. The evening meal was the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel I have ever stayed in .We all had the same opinion.the selection of food was an absolute disgrace.The main dishes were set out in small bowls ,the portion sizes would not have satisfied a 3 year old never mind an adult.The food was dried up and Luke warm.We complained to the restaurant staff and also the management .We received a shrug of the shoulders and it’s not my fault .They were not interested.The restaurant itself was like a works canteen.Very bright lighting,no table covers,no candles,no wine glasses,no music,nothing.usually on holiday your evening meal is one of the highlights of the day.Not here it wasn’t.We ate out 9 of the 14 nights we were there.We paid £1000 between the 5 of us for this crap then had to pay again to eat out.most nights.The restaurant was practically empty most nights.You had to see it to believe it.Such a disappointment. Lovely hotel though.With some nice staff.

Pools to cold, nobody uses them. Nice breakfast, very poor dinner (very low motivation of staff) chose to serve dinner at a low bar table on the last night also.. no buffet, very random. Honestly only thing going for it is ‘it’s clean!’.shame

Stayed in Anfora 5 years ago & loved it. Food was amazing! Return trip in October 2023 & hotel was spotlessly clean, staff pleasant, breakfast was good but evening meal was DREADFUL!! I am sorry to say this as last time we visited I couldn't praise it enough. Chef used to come out & chat - explain what was in menu., he was lovely & food was great. This year we had a few evening meals off menu & they were inedible, steak was like old boots, chicken fillet was wafer thin & hard & dry, couldn't get knife through it. The buffet food was trying to be tapas I think but failed miserably. It was kept luke warm which I felt was a health hazard as bacteria would be thriving in those conditions. One night they had Paella on the buffet, my goodness it tasted foul. Rice cooked in a VERY strong fish stock with a few king prawns on top, it was foul!! Inedible!! Nothing like paella. I was so very very disappointed. I would never stay half board again. I noticed as the week went on less & less people ate in the restaurant in the evening but breakfast was always busy, perhaps people gave up & ate outside the hotel. There was a salad bar which most nights I had lettuce tomato etc but it got rather boring. I must sing the praises of ladies who cleaned the rooms & public areas. They did an excellent job. The hotel was spotless!! I hope next year you improve your evening menus or you are going to loose business. I praised this hotel on last visit but sadly evening meal really let it down.

The surrounding area is perfect for beaches, walks but found the food to be really disappointing. If you do stay travel to Santa Eulalia for evening meals where there’s so much choice and quality! The hotel itself was super clean, rooms are small but adequate and the pool areas are great!! The only down side I had with the hotel was the advertisement of a fridge in the room..these do not work and due to having a toddler was booked on the basis that it had a fridge. When raised they stated all the fridges were the same and never get that cold. My question is why bother to advertise it if it doesn’t work. Other than that it was a really pleasant stay and I would return to the same hotel if I were ti busy the area again.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Staff customer care exceptional. We will definitely be back. Thank you
