체크인할 때 정말 좋았던 스위트룸으로 업그레이드해 주었습니다. 아침에는 뷔페가 매우 붐벼서 아침 식사는 좋은 경험이 아니었습니다. 특히 출근이 바쁠 때는 더욱 그렇습니다. 직원들은 일반적으로 친절하고 배려심이 많았고 교통편도 마련해 주었습니다.

모든 레벨에서 전문적이고 지원적인 직원. 호텔은 깨끗하고 위생적이었습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다.

The property's location is excellent, and all the staff have been great and very helpful. The rooms are clean and have excellent amenities.

Excellent hotel with great service. Wonderful food and beaverages outlets with good food and drinks and with a good guest service. All the etaff are very much friendly and also they provide smoking and non - smoking rooms also and rooms are fantastic with a great view

The hotel is very good, rooms spacious, neat and clean facilities and services are very well kept. The food is amazing especially zoka resturant.It was my favourite place to have food,they gave us incredible experience of pan Asian cuisine.

The best hotel i have ever stayed ❤️ Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.will visit soon 😍💕

Very good hotel definitely recommend went there for celebrating Valentine’s Day lovely decoration in restaurants the backwater view is lovely to see sunset and sunrise the lounge is also lovely nice view the reception people are very welcoming and make it feels like home with their smiles keep it up

Lovely location with great food and ambience the sky grill and the mosaic restaurant food is amazing and obviously the back water view and sunrise sunset oh Damm!!!! And the staff is really helpful and the reception people was so welcoming felt like home thank u so much❤️
