I felt in heaven, I felt very special because they treated me very well. All the lobby and maintenance staff are very friendly and willing to help you. It is the best thing I have ever experienced. I felt at home and apart from that I felt love I think that as a five-star hotel it hardly has to be 10 stars.

It's not the first time there but I'm always amazed by the kindness from the bellboy ( Thanassis I think) & Sofia at the reception, till Ms Pagona or Mr Tyrokomos. Few days before winter close but everything was clean and the gardens a piece from heaven in earth.The view of sea and Hydra on the other side while drinking coffee and enjoying and authentic Cuban cigar was spectacular & unique.

If you are looking for complete relaxation this is a perfect spot. Beautiful gardens, beautiful beach and pool. Great gym, spa was great too! Staff is friendly and Kristina in the reception was so welcoming and professional. Food was nice and very wide selection, although its difficult to serve great meals everyday in a buffét. My room was a little dated but it was still a clean and nice room. Great with a little shop too where you can buy suncreen, souvenirs etc. I did not leave the premises for the whole time.

Location wow, quiet and relax atmosphere, very good quality of meals, beaches and sea, excellent customer service from all the team members. Thank you Miss Pagona professional and friendly in the meantime and thank you Miss Silvia highly qualified and very kind. Strategic place to discover Hydra, Poros, Spetzes or for archeological area like Epidaurus/Micene. We will come back in the future for sure!

Excellent Value for money, ideal for families. The pool area is fantastic. the size of the rooms is ideal for families. The food was surprisingly good. Very clean. The most amazing is the whole landscape with its gardens that is so well maintained and taken care of

We were in the deluxe villa 102; 2BR/2BTH. My adult family and I loved the private location of the villa. Don't miss the Spa. Athena will guide you for the best experiences there. She is delightful! I had George as my masseur and he was fantastic! We were beachfront with a furnished patio. We decided upon the fully inclusive package which was definitely worth it if you like to eat & drink. The buffets are abundantly generous and always a delicious variety. The grounds are well kept and the maid service impeccable. It's the place to be to rejuvenate!

We had a great time and we will go again. The service was excellent the breakfast also. The lunch and the dinner i would like to have more grilled food and not so much pasta. Also the Greek coffee costs 4 euros in the all inclusive (!!!!!!) while the freddo 1,75 . Also something to be done with the floors in the rooms.

The kids enjoyed the mini club, the activities in the evening and the entertainment.. The staff are very professional and helpful. The gym, overlooking the sea, is very well equipment. Variety of food. Good coffee.

Overall experience really good for a standard 5* hotel. All staff was very kind & accommodating. With well intention I would recommend some healthier options at breakfast(like no sugar products, nut butter, avocado etc) & a bit more detailed cleanliness in the room & toilet. In general all family was satisfied.
