The balcony had a breathtaking view,the house was clean cozy and spacious, fully renovated. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows too.There are a few steps to the property ,so I wouldn't recommend for people with young children.

A magical place!next to the sea and with a great terrace to chill.very well equipped and nicely decorated.the tourist office that rent the property (fun in the sun) always there to fulfill every need.couldn’t be more happy!cant wait to visit again.

A fabulous, luxurious accommodation, at reasonable cost. · I loved everything about the property! I travelled with my friend. The apar**ent was spacious and well constructed. We had large separate bedrooms with a spacious, well-equipped bathroom, a washing machine, a large balcony looking over the sea, a separate living room, and well equipped kitchen. There was a set of steps from the harbour up to the property, which was quite steep, and may pose a problem for some people. However, once you find your way through the labyrinth of small streets in the village, you can approach it from a different angle without having to climb steps. There were many places with ladders to swim from the rocks very close by, including steps on the shore, directly across from the apar**ent. The view from the balcony was amazing, Straight across the Saronic Gulf to the nearby islands, including beautiful, Hydra on the eastern horizon. The host, Gianna was welcoming, and very helpful. I was able to book a private car transfer straight from the airport to the property with the associated business, Pop’s Cars for a reasonable price Later, during our stay, Gianna continually offered rides if we needed them, but we were there for walking and swimming. However, when we did decide to take an excursion to Spetses, our transportation was provided by the company, free of charge in a private vehicle on our schedule. Also, when we were leaving by boat, to travel to Hydra, she arranged for a car to pick us up at the apar**ent with our luggage to take us directly to the boat. There was no charge for that either. The business, Fun in the Sun and the associated business, Pop’s Cars, are the embodiment of the generous Greek spirit of philoxenia. We will definitely return!

First of all warm welcome. Apar**ent is fully equipped. We stayed in apar**ent B4 as 2 couples. The view is phenomenal. Nice base to visit Spetses and Hydra. The harbor can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. Highly recommended!

Great apar**ent and very friendly, helpful and attentive hosts. A few steep steps up to apar**ent but worth it for the location and the view. easy walking distance to lots of local restaurants, walks and small beaches.

Very good location in the center of Ermioni, within walking distance to everywhere. Our apar**ent had a very large terrace with view on the sea. The apar**ent is well furnished and well equiped. It is easy to park the car as well.

We stayed with our whole family at Villa Alegria, on top of the hill overlooking the bay and Ermioni. A very luxurious setting for 10 people: a two-story villa (split level with four grand bedrooms) with endless terraces and complete with a beautiful infinity pool and appointed to the highest level. State-of-the-art luxury combined with the excellent service level provided by the "Fun in the Sun"-team (Soulis & Gianna) make this a unforgettable holiday.

Our Grand Bleu apar**ent was exceptional in every respect including location, view, quality of the interior renovation, price and cleanliness. The owner Soulie and all is staff that we met provided outstanding customer service that I have not received even in five star hotels. Soulie went out of his way to help us with our every need including driving my mother to and from the port side of the town as she found it tiring to walk in the heat, recommendations for the restaurants in Erminoi, tips for booking taxis, transfers and ferries for day trips to Hydra, Spetses and Porto Cheli and printing our ferry tickets as we could not download them. The apar**ent was amazing - newly renovated with modern and tasteful interior design and decor, spacious interior and wrap around balcony with beautiful 180 degree views of the water, large bathroom and large bedrooms. The apar**ent was equipped with everything we needed including a washing machine, towels and fully equipped kitchen. Our apar**ent and towels were cleaned daily (which is not the case for all apar**ents in Greece). One of the best things about the apar**ent was that it was a 30 second walk to a lovely swimming spot right across the road accessible from Madrakis cafe/bar so there was no need to drive to the beach. Madrakis café also had about 10-15 sun beds so we could sunbake in the shade. The apar**ent was located next to many cafes, restaurants, taverns and bars. It was also a short 5 -7 minute walk to the port side of the town which had a supermarket, fruit shop, and more cafes, restaurants, taverns and bars. The port side is also where we got the ferry to Hydra and Athens. In terms of general location, Ermioni is a great play to stay as a base to do day trips to near by beautiful locations like Hydra island (very cosmopolitan and chic), Spetses island (known for is elegance), Naflpion (a charming Venetian town and Greece's first capital) and the imposing Epidavros ancient amphitheatre.
