코블스톤 호텔 & 스위트 - 에리(Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Erie)

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our king room suite. The full sized refrigerator was a huge plus. It did need some attention given to the carpet in the living room area as there are (what looked like) tomato sauce stains and a juice stain. It also needed vacuumed better. The mattress was softer than we are normally used to, but wasn't bad. I think it's the first hotel room I've ever walked into and the a/c was actually on and the room was nice and cool. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast, w/o orange juice. Nothing special. My husband said "they use real eggs and not carton or powdered." Being a holiday weekend, they were having trouble keeping up with the supply/demand for breakfast. It is noisy at night until about midnight with cars and motorcycles flying up/down the street. Music across the street is also pretty loud. I cannot say enough about the front desk staff. Matt was extremely nice when we checked in, and he also came up to the room because we couldn't figure out the bedroom TV. It's only about a 3-4 minute drive to Presque Isle State Park. All in all I would consider staying here again.

Stayed here for a second time, and had an even better experience this time. Nice staff, clean, and great value.

Walking distance to a little park on the water, and most rooms can see Lake Erie . Very affordable if you’re driving through, or even a good place to stay extended.

Very noisy and the walls are thin and can heat everything in other rooms. Bathrooms were clean but not in great working conditions.

It was quiet but close to water and hospital and town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is an animal friendly hotel,.

Only issue we had was the housekeeping staff walking us up early, trying to clean our room. Then once we told her we were not ready to leave, she cleaned the adjacent rooms with the doors open singing at full volume keeping us awake.

Bring noise cancelling earplugs. Stayed last year in third floor (top) was fine and service/staff attention was great. This visit On second floor (and I imagine first) you can hear every step, every toilet flush, every use of sink, from above. Noise from road is also much more noticeable from second floor. (I asked for third floor - none available). During breakfast no one was cleaning tables or food service area. Tables were sticky and crumb covered. We and others used napkins and water from dispenser to clean our own tables before and after we ate. Garbage was falling out of 3 garbage cans. One time one item was replenished over a 25 minute period we were at breakfast. The woman came out and was not seen again. A guest sitting at a table next to us needed something and could get no one at front desk despite using phone which it says to call. Guest went and found an employee to help her and who then snapped when asked by another guest asked for help. Normally I would speak to front desk on departure of these types of concerns because sometimes bad days happen but was unable to reach anyone. At check out (10:30am) no one was at desk. I called phone three times. We waited 10 minutes in lobby for someone to appear. Another guest came to the front and was shouting “hello anyone here” several times while we were waiting and no one came by. Completely understand that things happen but this was over a period of 2 hours (breakfast at 8:30 and check out at 10:30).
