Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Nachdem am 2. Tag ein Parkplatz frei wurde (nicht ausreichend vorhanden) war unser Problem gelöst. Die Preise an der Bar sind angemessen und der Barkeeper liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab. Wie werden gerne wiederkommen!

We stayed in this hotel on two separate nights bookending a trip to Frankfurt. This hotel is not - in our experience - typical of the Mercure brand. Far too often Mercure's are in good locations but somewhat rundown, tired and in need of attention. This is quite the opposite. It appears to have been wholly refurbished in the last five years, it is looked after. The hotel is conveniently situated near to both the old town and the main, new shopping area, both being no more than five minutes walk away. It is a ten to fifteen minute walk from the railway station or (for us) a €10 taxi ride. There is paid for car parking if required. This is a deceptively large hotel, the short frontage belies the fact that it has 141 rooms. The hotel stretches back from its frontage - we felt it was long and not very wide. It is spread over four floors and possibly an attic. We were on the fourth floor for our first visit and on the first floor for the second. Entry into the hotel from the street leads to a small reception area with ottoman seating. Screened from reception is a small bar and another soft seating area. The bar had elusive opening times - but seemed not to operate before 18:00 hours. Service was good. There is a restaurant that is not the breakfast room but that was not open during our stay with no sign of opening on the horizon. All public areas were clean, tidy and well maintained, albeit with a Alpine overtone! Access to the upper floors is via dedicated lifts or stairs depending upon the location of the room, with some rooms there is quite a walk to the lift. There is a small garden and paved area with seating. We saw no specific provision for disabled access but believe that the hotel is easy enough to negotiate. There is a separate breakfast room which works very well albeit it is not large. It is at the furthest end of the hotel from reception and bypasses some of the meeting rooms. Whilst these rooms were used during our stays we experienced no difficulties. We took breakfast early and the restaurant was never full or cramped. Breakfast is generous but prettty standard continental fare. Our first room (413) was a standard room and disappointing although it was clean and well cared for. Our second room however (136) was an upgrade and provided exceptional space and comfort for a reasonable price. Had we been able to satisfactorily understand the room descriptions and attributes on the website a room such as 136 would have been our preference. It had a large and comfortable double bed, a small seating area with table, a separate desk along with the usual accessories of a safe, TV, wifi etc. We didn't try the TV but everything else worked. There is no aircon but there is very effective radiator heating. We can imagine that opening the windows for some rooms would produce a great deal of street noise, but both our rooms were towards the rear of the hotel and quiet. 시설 : 호텔의 디자인은 탁월하며 의심의 여지가 없습니다. 벽 유리, 욕실 바닥 난방 및 어디에나있는 작은 팁 라벨 등 현대적인 감각이 강합니다. 유일한 단점은 미니 바가 없다는 것입니다. 위생: 매우 좋고 전반적인 느낌이 매우 깨끗합니다. 환경: 기차역 옆에 있지만 식사와 쇼핑의 선택은 여전히 상대적으로 적습니다. 그리고 소비는 너무 비쌉니다. 30-40유로를 먹습니다. 서비스: 호텔 디자인의 의도와는 거리가 멉니다! 디자인의 이점은 웨이터에게 우월성을 제공하고 서비스 감각의 무관심을 생성합니다. 예를 들어, 체크인 할 때 고객은 이미 긴 줄을 서고 두 개의 프런트 데스크는 천천히 걷고 다른 사람은 직접 멈추고 전화 죽을 끓여서 고객이 기다릴 수있었습니다.

Erfurt에서 우리는 Opera Hostel을 자전거 투어의 정류장으로 선택했습니다. 그것은 매우 중심적이며 모든 지역에서 많은 공간을 제공합니다. 입구 지역에는 자전거를 위한 공원이 있었고 넓은 계단과 놀이기구를 통해 1층의 리셉션에 도달할 수 있습니다. 우리는 친절하고 단순한 침대와 다소 단단한 매트리스를 갖춘 큰 3 베드룸을 가질 것입니다. 그러나 매우 넓고 무엇보다도 지붕 아래에 tuba로 매우 원래 장식되었습니다. 건물 정면에서는 저녁이 지나가면서 젊은이들의 모임으로 인해 형성된 약간의 소음 장면이 있었지만 적당히 시끄럽고 시간 제한이 있었습니다. 다음날 아침 정상에 있는 비슷한 동정심과 관대하게 측정된 식당에서 광범위한 셀프 서비스에서 좋은 아침 식사가 제공되었습니다. 침실 3개에 대한 저렴한 가격 면에서 전반적으로 완전히 성공적인 숙박이었습니다. 저예산 여행자뿐만 아니라 분명히 추천!

Das Hotel war leicht zu finden und auch das Parken am Hotel war möglich, auch wenn wir dabei Glück hatten, den viele Parkplätze gibt es am Hotel nicht. Ich denke jedoch, in der näheren Umgebung wäre das Parken möglich. Im Hotel selbst wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Die Lobby wirkt, meiner Meinung nach, recht altbacken, so wie das gesamte Hotel ebenfalls. Die Zimmer sind klein und auch in die Jahre gekommen, aber unser Zimmer war sauber. Leider befindet sich genau gegenüber des Hotels im Moment eine Großbaustelle, die für uns, als Langschläfer sehr lästig war; am Wochenende jedoch kein Problem. Des Weiteren war das Lüften in unserem Zimmer kaum möglich, da sich unser Fenster über dem Außensitz-Bereich befand, wo geraucht wurde. Für uns als Nichtraucher war das mehr als unangenehm. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein, für uns aber vollkommen ausreichend. Ich hatte durch das kleine Buffet den Eindruck, dass nicht so viel weggeworfen wird, weil immer nur kleinere Portionen nachgelegt worden sind, das finde ich gut. Ich vermute, dass im Hotel Personalmangel herrscht, den mit dem Abräumen der Tische und dem Nachlegen am Buffet kam das Personal kaum hinterher. Da wir nicht in das Hotel gekommen sind, um dort viel Zeit zu verbringen, sondern nur dort zu Schlafen, war es insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter möchte ich abschließend nochmals sehr hervorheben!
