酒店是新開的，整體環境和衞生還是可以的。但需要強調一下的是服務極差，房間清掃備品不放，房間沒有能夠聯繫上前台的電話。而且服務人員少，態度不好質疑客人，連住三天，每天晚上回來還得查詢酒店電話聯繫，第一天房間沒有水，第二天沒有浴巾，第三天沒有牙刷和紙巾，這些情況還是在第二天早上就和酒店前台強調了的情況下發生的。並且電話聯繫前台説明缺少備品，前台第一反應是不可能，他們服務員打掃房間都放了，那意思好像是我回來後特意扔瞭然後再找他們送，非常不滿意的住店體驗。

酒店是新開的，院子裏停車位充足，房間全是智能的，暖氣充足，前台接待特別熱情，還贈送了果盤，體驗感特別好，衹要是來二連，以後就住這了！
