Please do not go to this place! A once in a lifetime experience! We understand that these corona-times are tough. But stealing from guests doesn't save a business. We started okay, Jovia, the owner/manager was very helpful. Too helpful! We gave Jovia, 460.000 ugx to deposit payment for covid-tests. She gave the receipts very late. Later we found out why. It was 370.000 ugx. 90.000 ugx was missing. On top of this, she tried to force us to pay the bill twice. We did pay the bill, after an awkward discussion about it. Just before boarding she appeared at the airport. Accusing us in public, while she already took money from us, is not normal. The room: no hot water (sometimes no water at all), not an extra big bed, mosquito net doesn't fit and is full with holes, dark (light on the wrong side), light switch at an akward place, toilet doesn't flush properly, no toilet brush, no toilet seat, nothing to put towels on. Breakfast not à la carte, fried eggs sunny side up is an unknown concept. Dinner was cold. And we paid more for it than the pricelist indicated. Staff is friendly but not very professional. But then again, they have a very bad example!
