호텔 파라이소 라스 팔마스(Hotel Paraiso Las Palmas)

Check in was easy, cash deposit was requested for key and TV remotes. Rooms do not have air conditioning, they also do not have room darkening shade. There has been recent remodel work, with new exterior lighting which is great for security, not so great when trying to sleep. Without AC, leaving a window open was a great plan until the sports facility next door had soccer games accompanied with music until past 1:30 AM. Room was clean, parking area was clean as well.

Service was great, overall clean but no hot water. It ran for seconds then back to super cold.

Property seems like it used to be an office building. The tv was from the 90s and very small.

One of the two rooms that I reserved wasn't ready by the check in time, it was given to me 35 minutes after the check-in time. Very inconvenient!

I booked this hotel last minute, on the same day I was visiting Ensenada with my mom. There were only a few options, and the other ones had overpriced rates. This hotel has the very basic things you need, but it doesn’t have an A/C, the internet does not work, the TV doesn’t work. Many mosquitoes in the room. Only a fan that keeps the room barely fresh.

Our rooms sink would leak water and make loud airy noise if the handle wasn’t in a certain position. The bathroom had some moldy areas and the pictures should what would be a mini split type a.c. To which there was none in the room. Staff were easily available and helpful when needed.

It’s an old place that use to be nice. The party halls are nice, but rooms are old and not so clean. The price was affordable for what we got. Reception people and employees around were very nice, no complaints about that.

I am sorry I really thought the hotel would be nice. But ibwas really disappointed. Restrooms were dirty. Hair behind the door and shower. Sundaybwe didnt have any hot water. Hairy mold around the shower. It was bad. Swimming pool water was green the jacuzzi had a layer of dirt. I have pictures to prove it.

It's very nice place , The room is nice & clean ... The staff was nice and friendly ,, Would definitely stay again !!
