We had a great stay during the Baja 1000. The bed is very comfy and the rooms are very clean. The hotel is old and can use a facelift but it did not deter our enjoyment. We will definitely be staying here again!

The weather was nice, hotel employees were polite, only thing is the neighbors came home at 1 am and loud music, singing, yelling till 3 am when i called the front desk.

The hotel was at the end of the commercial street in Ensenada. There were many restaurants and places to eat, including breakfast. The front desk was very helpful and spoke fluent English.

The hotel is old, it needs a facelift. Covers, pillows, towels need to be replaced. AC makes too much noise.

Excellent & Centrally located, safe, & clean. A bit outed, nice customer service. Neighboring locations were way too loud an it echoed to our room impossible to go to sleep. Brought it up to reception and I guess they call the neighbor hotel and they lower it down.

I agree with others that this place needs to be remodeled. Everything is out of date. Also, we had an issue with hot water. We were on the 9th floor and according to staff there is a trick to get hot water to higher floors. Even with the trick we did not get hot water. I also agree that noise is an issue if your room is facing the main street. I would also like to note that one of the elevators was out of service the day we checked in and half of the following day, which was very inconvenient having our room on the 9th floor. The only things we enjoyed were the pool and the hotel's central location. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

We enjoyed our stay, very clean room, great view even though it's was a city view it's was nice. Breakfast at the hotel was even better. So good, we really enjoyed it and the service was exceptional!! Plus not pricy at all. Loved our stay Thank you Hotel Villa Marina.
