The Hotel is good, but compared to Hotel next Door this is way below. the room is good, the front office service is very bad, the bathrooms are very small and floor is dirty. The location is amazing, it s in the Centre of the walking street, on Sunday they have events on the road and they block the road ,its good and can have nice time in the nights, with lots of music and god activity, lots of shops restaurant etc. if there is no rooms available in other hotel i will sure stay here.

The location is great and hotel it’s very clean, the rooms are very cozy. I have stay in this hotel 2 times and the two times have been amazing. I highly recommended. The staff is kind and very helpful.

Nice and classy, roomy room. Bad WiFi, poor insulation between rooms (noisy neighbors have strong effect)

This was our third time staying at this property and it will definitely be our last. There was excruciatingly loud music from an adjacent property that woke us up in the middle of the night and lasted for over an hour. Check-in and check out took exceedingly long periods of time. Their financial processes are very strange. They told us that the elevator was broken. The rooms are also a little bit weird, but relatively comfortable. Regardless, there are many other properties to choose from in Ensenada.

Only issue was hot water, perhaps we could of mention it to staff, but we figured it would have taken longer to fix. We enjoyed the location it was conveniently located.

Dirty, no complementary items in my room , Coffey , left early had booking insurance, got harassed by cops, because of my vehicle. Bed was hard as a rock. Will not issue the rest of my booking back even thought I had the insurance. Will not be using ******* or Booking again, Or bestwestern! Was my first vacation in 20 years and my last.

Been staying here for literally decades. Great hotel with nice decor and centrally located. This has been and always will be the only place I stay in Ensenada!

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I will be back again. Nice staff, very safe feeling, very clean and in a nice location. Walking distance to a variety of dining locations and bars. Also close to the area where the cruise ships come in so lots of bazaar type shops in addition to the standard shops. Great experience.
