This hotel is AMAZING. Clean and warm. Food was perfect. Staff so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Was great value for money l. Beds were so comfy..didn't make it to pool but was told it was perfect. Will DEFFO stay here again. We had no kids with us but it's very family based.

Attended a convention here last week , and have no complaints . Hotel was superb , staff where very friendly and helpful . Nothing was too much trouble , even for the bar staff , Helene & Rob couldn’t do enough and where super helpful . Have been travelling to this hotel a few years now and if anything every year it’s getting better . Breakfast area had been recently redecorated and looked fab and felt comfortable and chilled area . Beds super comfy , food amazing , my friend raved about the lasagne and the beef for say day dinner , I had the chicken ceaser salad and was amazing . My only issue is that the weekend was over so quick , would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

Attended an event last weekend at Treacy's West County and we had a fantastic experience. Our room was a suite which was out of this world! Lots of space, spotless clean and beautiful decor. I could not fault anything about our stay.It was great from start to finish.-From the food, to the bar service, leisure facilities and entertainment. The bar food was great. Lovely menu and the lasange was my favourite meal of the weekend! The staff were amazing-Helena,Jackie, Patrick,Gezim & Rob to name a few. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Stayed for an event…Good hotel , lovely, friendly staff , very Comfortable and warm room , lovely tasteful food , good play area for kids , comfortable bar and outdoor heated seats …good atmosphere and we’ll run event , breakfast was nice and had a lot to choose from

I stayed at Tracy’s West County for four days while working at the Ennis tattoo convention and it was one of the best experiences I had at a hotel. All of the amenities were exemplary. Over the course of my stay I ate all of my meals within the hotel and every meal was delicious, particularly the cheesecake. From the breakfast to the plaice and chips everything was of the highest quality. The staff as well were extraordinarily attentive. I would advise anyone staying in Ennis to book in, 10/10 across the board.

We recently attended the Ennis International Tattoo Convention and all we can say is WOW! We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival up until we checked out the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to help out with any and all of our needs. A special mention goes to the lady from Cork, didn't get her name but I think she's the reservations manager . The food was great and very reasonably priced, the newly refurbished breakfast room was just beautiful and so well staffed that you were waited on and tables cleared as soon as you finished. The leisure centre facilities were great, a lovely heated pool and a nice sauna that was really appreciated after a couple of great nights in the bar 😊 the bar entertainment all weekend was amazing. We loved our stay, would highly recommend and can't wait to return. I've never experienced such a fantastic and happy team of staff members in a hotel before. Thanks guys.

I attended a convention there in March 2024 and it was an awful experience. The biggest issue is that a water-logged heavy ceiling tile fell from a high ceiling and landed with a crash inches from where my teen daughter was standing, light bulb and electrical swinging from the rafters. Was a miracle no one was hurt--and if it had hit someone, it would've been a SERIOUS injury. When staff showed up on-scene, the first response I got to my concerns (more water-logged tiles were still hanging up there over the crowd) was "It was an accident. It was nobody's fault." I told the gentleman that neglect isn't an accident and that somebody is definitely at fault. After that it was hard not to notice the terrible state of the conference area. (Note: No apologies, no follow-up by staff, etc.) Still, we tried to make the best of the event. Even without the ceiling tile issue, the experience was still subpar. The ladies' toilets had maybe 2-3 stalls available, as the rest were "out of order" (clogged) so there were long queues. Lack of cleaning/maintenance. So between the state of the ceiling and toilets, I was hesitant to eat at the restaurant imagining what the kitchen must be like. Run down place for sure. It's a shame.

Very welcome staff in all areas very clean hotel large bed room and bathroom spotlessly clean excellent service in the bar and also in the restaurant only one small thing pillows were a bit flat but when I asked the house keeper for more it was no problem will be back

Stayed 4 nights for an event. Good buffet breakfast, good bar area, good carvery. The staff were excellent throughout. Very friendly and extremely helpful. Room was clean with plenty of towels. Not the most modern or plush of hotels but I enjoyed my stay.
