酒店很乾淨，酒店前台很熱情。服務周到，酒店內設有餐廳，到晚上很晚，還有送餐到酒店房間服務，自助早餐大概10英鎊一位，比較實惠

The staff are amazing at this hotel just happy and helpful in everyway . Will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future and suggest to friends and family was top quality in every area I can think of

Zena & Amirsam were great!!! All of my needs were met & they went the extra mile to accommodate me when it came to recommendations and extras. Rooms were clean, transport links are great also! Thankyou for your service. :)

Staying here on a work trip. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Amirsam & Zeena. Food in the restaurant was really good. Steak cooked perfectly. Parking is right next door in a secure car park. Only £5 for 24hrs. Perfect example of how a hotel should be. 😀

fantastic hotel, comfortable, clean , quiet rooms is big enough , I highly recommend it !!! right prices!!! strategic in terms of location, the metro and within walking distance plus served by public transport and we're almost in central London

I was fairly disappointed at this hotel. I've stayed in another hotel in Edmonton and the experience was much better. First of all the staff were very rude to us when we went to the bar to get a drink. They were very inpatient and and not friendly. Secondly our first cooked breakfast was horribl, scrambled eggs looked like scrambled cake, no Sausages, we had to wait 20 min for it to be ready which we dint have time to wait. I understand there was staff shortage but it was unacceptable as we've paid for it. The room we stated in was very small. Unfortunately it wasn't a nice experience thus time. Will probably stay in a different one next time

Friendly, efficient and welcoming as ever- we have just enjoyed another four day stay here. Made extra special by the welcome and on going care by Mantas and Nikkisha. All the staff look after us so well with smiles and friendliness. They seem to really want us to be comfortable and feel at home. Sue does a great job at breakfast and Mo’s got the biggest smile ever! The bed is super comfortable, the room servicing was excellent. Thank you again, we will visit again before too long - not for work but for fun!

Awesome staff. Helpful friendly and professional. Parking space available. I was helped by Nikkisha, Beth & Santiago. Nice restaurant with good vibe. Good food. Has Guinness, Madrid and Coors on tap. Easy access to shops. Would suggest to friends.

What can I say, was a pleasant stay and the room was very clean and nice. The staff were friendly, Zena was quick and helpful to assistance with everything we needed, a big thanks to her! Would definitely recommend this hotel
