호텔 레 파디네 1819(Les Pardines 1819 Mountain Suites & Spa)

Hotel did not come my expectations .The design of hotel is cool ,service is good ,but very strange conception with a glass door for shower and toilet .You can hear all the noise and I found it strange it is ok if you leave alone .Spa is for additional payment 25 eur per person for 1 hour ,and spa is small .In most hotels it is included and much better .No mini bar in the room ,no space for clothes ,it was uncomfortable .We did not like restaurant as breakfast costs 40 eur per person and as a fact it is very small variety of food ,especially for people who does not eat meat.For 40 eur I expected really good breakfast .I did not like coffee ,no vegetables no greens ,no fish .I found my ski boots wet after ski room ,it was sad .I can not say hotel is awful .not.It is ok,but they should improve a lot of things .But I will not visit that hotel in the future

We had a very enjoyable stay at this charming, small boutique hotel. We have visited Andorra a number of times and in many respects this is now our favourite place to stay.  It is located up a twisting road, some 2.5 kms from the Encamp Cable Car station. If coming here in winter for skiing, I might hesitate at having to drive up the hill in icey conditions. However the hotel does operate a courtesy bus for guests, twice daily.   Our room was clean, modern and fitted out to a high standard. There is a room safe, WiFi and complimentary water, but surprisingly, no tea making facilities. We will bring a travel kettle with us next time.  One of the highlights for us was the quality of the meals in the restaurant. Plus also an excellent wine list. If we stay here again, we would stay longer and eat in. Hopefully the menu changes on a regular basis.  Service was excellent, as it was throughout the hotel. Whilst you would feel uncomfortable, eating your evening meal, in shorts and a t-shirt,  the dress code can best be described as relaxed and informal. The weather during our stay was hot and sunny. We made the most of this by going off on some very pleasant walks. Some of these started close to the hotel and the team there were happy to make suggestions and give directions.  In summary, we will return again but for a longer stay.

Les Pardines is a real gem. Hotel is adjacent to one of Andorra's top hiking areas. Hundreds of cars make the trek to this park where you can walk and be back in time for lunch. Excellent restaurant in beautiful setting. Eat inside or out. Staff was extremely helpful in designing activities and making sure we were having an excellent visit. Quiet and beautiful setting. Highly recommend.

Fin de semana diez en un hotel cuidadisimo en un bonito entorno. El servicio de transfer a la estación intermedia del Funicamp, distante diez minutos, lo hace ideal para combinar un fin de semana de esquí ( es posible emitir los forfaits en el hotel) y de relax, con su spa que admite hora de reserva ( lo que lo convierte en privado..) Las habitaciones muy agradables, toallas buenísimas y colchones top. El restaurante, supervisado por Els Casals ( 1 estrella Michelin en Sagás), es espléndido, así como el servicio de desayuno. El personal muy atento y amable. Posibilidad de hacer el bonito paseo de 3,5 km planos hasta el lago de Engolasters que parte justo al lado de la entrada.

Je ne garde pas un bon souvenir de notre escapade en amoureux . Hôtel très mal insonorisé alors que l’on venait pour se ressourcer sans enfant et un inconfort à cause de la température de la chambre très élevée , dans l’impossibilité de baisser la température. Le spa de l’hôtel sympa mais excessivement déçue par le massage. Nous avons tout signalé à la réception mais RAS. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel dommage car nous adorons l’Andorre et ses magnifiques hôtels

una experiencia recomendable una ves el la vida todo perfecto habitación enorme i super acogedora simplemente perfecto i ambiente i lujo super romántico para momentos en pareja , muchas gracias a todo el personal muy amable especialmente a katia

La ubicación es excelente. El entorno es excepcional. La decoración perfecta. Calma muy agradable. Servicio muy atento. Ambiente relajante. La comida es elaborada y con acabados buenísimos. Postres deliciosos. Totalmente recomendable o no q asi siempre tendré sitio 😉

Hace unas semanas fuimos a comer con la familia al restaurante Les Pardines y quedamos encantados. El lugar es de película. Tienen una terraza con unas vistas super bonitas y a la vez tranquila. La comida exquisita y la presentación de los platos impecable. Queremos destacar también, y en especial a Alicia, la camarera que nos atendió durante todo el servicio por su amabilidad, su simpatía y su profesionalidad. Estamos seguros que repetiremos. 100% recomendable!!
