We would of rated this hotel a 5 star if it wasn't for the 2 weddings when we was there we was room 2026 and felt like couldn't enjoy the sea view room we'd paid extra for because felt like we was intruding on weddings from lunch time till 11 o'clock room was also very small 2 adults 1 child . I believe people in the wedding party should be in that room instead of other paying guests such a shame as everything else was fab Would return but definitely request to not have that room

Amazing hotel and fabulous staff, it's our second visit to this hotel, and we'll definitely be back. It's perfect for families with children, the food is great every night and varied to suit everyone Had the best massage I've ever had with Jekatetina at the Spa......highly recommend her

15/05/24 We are having a great time here, after the Kids Disco we had a Parrot Show which the children and parents alike really enjoyed. We spent all day around the quieter pool and had a great day. The food is really good from breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner, tonight we had Roast Lamb . Air con works well and rooms are kept spotless in fact the whole resort is kept very clean, you even get someone coming around with glasses cleaner very handy when getting sun cream smears on your sunglasses.

From the Saturday night when we arrived we had the best time until the very minute our coach was waiting outside to pick us up. Myself, my mum and my step dad had such a good time and was gutted when the week had come to an end. Everywhere was always kept so clean ! Entertainment and music was always happening throughout the day with the option for anyone to get involved, one entertainment staff in particular Roy managed to get me and my mum up to do aqua aerobic in the pool and even volleyball on the last day. He was always very friendly and took the time to come over and have a chat to make sure you were having a good time. The restaurants were really good plenty of food options and always kept so clean. For our first time in Cyprus its was such a good experience we want to come back to this hotel again but next time for longer. Thank you for an amazing holiday !!!

We visited the Leonardo Laura in April 2024 as a family of two adults and a 20 month old child. The check in was quick and easy and when we got in the room we realised just how small it was, comparable to other hotels we have stayed at. The first night, we realised a few things……… The hotel does NOT have aircon turned on until the 1st May. I was lied to by the night manager after going down and saying it wasn’t working who tried fobbing me off by saying he would have to speak to the manager tomorrow to get it turned on, instead of just telling me that it’s hotel policy not to turn it on until May. Now, after spending over £2k for a week, am I daft for wanting aircon in a room that at night was reading 27oc on our baby temp gauge? The solution was to keep our landing window open during the night, which is where several other problems arose…. Now if you stay at the hotel, DO NOT STAY AT A ROOM THAT FACES INLAND. The road outside is NOISY and the hotel plays the most annoying piano music ALL NIGHT at the front of the hotel. I have 0 idea why they do this but needless to say, we got no sleep and had to go down three times before they turned the music off at 01:30am The other problem is that due to having to keep the door open all night, you’ll get eaten alive by mosquitos! I paid for an upgrade the next day to have a sea view room hoping it would be quieter, which it was. The room, however, was just as small. I asked for a fan in the room and I was told this was not possible due to excessive demand (I wonder why). Whilst I was at reception I heard multiple other persons querying why there was no aircon as it was hot in the rooms. The hotel itself is lovely, the staff are great and the food is VERY good for an all inclusive. It’s not Michelin but there is a great variety and it rotated enough to keep everyone happy. The pools grounds and general decor are very clean and well maintained. It’s just the whole experience about the aircon and the battle to try and get basic amenities like a fan left a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth.

We arrived late Sunday evening check in was relatively easy took about 10-15mins and informed they’d left a restaurant open as they had a lot of late arrivals - great gesture. The choice was pretty limited cheese and ham or ham sandwich which were pretty stale a packet of crisps and an apple. We booked a family room facing the pool as have a 4 year old and 4 month old. Room consisted of a cot, large king size bed and a chair that had turned into a bed - quite a small room but we eventually ended up shutting down the cot and not using it it also had a walk in shower which was fine. Balcony was fine but no lighting outside so was very dark out there in the evenings. 4 lifts are available - but only 2 go to the basement where breakfast and lunch are served - always a struggle to get in them as everyone used them. Housekeeping- the lady for our room was lovely - can’t remember her name remember her saying she was bulgarian and her daughter was expecting twins and had just found out! She made the effort to speak to my daughter every morning and left us some amazing towel art which my daughter loved. Breakfast - was the same every day a lot of choices of eggs, bread, fruit and fry up bits, cakes and pastries. Would have been nice to have a bit of variety as got bored by day 7! Lunch - we only used the buffet once and can’t actually remember what it was like! Dinner - on one night was in the big buffet restaurant then continued to be on level 0. This room was far too small for the amount of people crammed in - it was hot, hectic, unorganised and manic! There was a slight difference in hot options every night and some of them were pretty tasty - Chinese, Mexican where both good but the atmosphere spoilt it! They need to bring in barriers around the hot food area to prevent people jumping queues and just shoving in - seemed to be certain nationalities that just shoved in wherever they liked despite them seeing a queue. Labels on the food were a little bit hit and miss! The tables were promptly cleared and set up for the next people which was good and quick. Snack bars - we found the one by the splash park to have better food. Again same things every day chips, nuggets, burger, chicken/lamb/beef kebab wraps which were nice. A few puddings and sandwiches and some salads. The Italian had a few pasta options and pizzas out during lunch time which were quite tasty too. There was a snack area in the outside entertainment area - we went here once in the afternoon and the seating area was filthy -plates left from lunch, empty cups left around and rubbish everywhere. Wasn’t too impressed with that to be honest! The swimming pools - the main one by the splash park and the play area pool were both lovely but extremely slippery slopes to get into them we saw numerous people slip and fall as they were getting in/out. Really worried me when I was taking my baby in as there was no where to hold on to! The paint in all the pools seemed to all be chipping off the bot

I arrived at the spa and had a lovely welcome. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I had an all over body massage by Lampros he was very respectful, informative and always made sure I was ok with the pressure of the massage. Such a lovely caring guy, would definitely rate him. I also used the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room, I found the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable.

We've just stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, the hotel staff are friendly and nothing was ever to much. Bruce the poolside attendant kept the poolside clean, removing empty drinks cups, making sure the pool area was clean, wiping up spillages, emptying the bins. He worked so hard and always had a smile. Sofia cleaned our room daily along with another lady, both ensured our room was cleaned daily, water topped up in fridge. Super friendly my son was fond of Sofia. Beds changed, clean towels daily.the beds were very comfortable to which was a bonus. Vanessa the barmaid super kind caring young lady and always served with a smile, made my sons drinks just how he liked them. Only Vanessa new how he liked his california sunrise. Jacob the lifeguard was fun and alas had fun with the children which my son and others thoroughly enjoyed . Food was good and always fresh, the children's section had a good selection to choose from. The chefs could be seen cooking the foods which was nice to see, they too were very friendly. The pools are awesome something for all ages,my son loved the water park and had great fun there. There is a bus stop just outside on the opposite side of the road, no hanging around for the buses as they were every 10 minutes. If u want to book the other restaraunts this has to be done quickly as they get booked out quickly. I felt the evening entertainment would have been more enjoyable if they had more traditional entertainment, saying that, what they had was sufficient enough. And enjoyable. Entertainment team were very good at trying to get people to.participate. maybe they need to scrap the beach volleyball and run a water volleyball in it's place. Quentin was very good at boosting morale and trying to engage people in the activities. Overall a real nice family hotel that we are going to bookagain best year

Visited the spa my therapist Katerina was very informative and friendly she made sure I was comfortable and stress free my entire experience! It was very clean, tidy and relaxing I would definitely tell other people about this place and the lovely therapist katerina
