We didn't have any reservation and book last minutes as we came from UK and planning to go to Paris but we had a flat tyre on the way. The guy at reception (sorry can't remember his name) help us get a joining room as there was no family room available. The room was great, clean, spacious and bed was good too. Breakfast the next day was excellent. Special mention to Astrid at Reception in the morning she was very helpful to call many garages to see if they replace the flat tyre given a lot of garage was already booked nor didn't have the tyre! In all the hotel staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean and good.

Friendly welcome and we were given an upgrade to an apar**ent, which was very comfortable.. Disappointed with the location and limited food offering at dinner for an out of town location. Air-conditioning was not on as mini heatwave not expected and the apar**ent was hot!. Breakfast was very good with an excellent selection, including freshly made scrambled eggs/bacon,fruit salad and pastries/ cheeses. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you

Very welcoming staff, got an up graded room . Very clean and airy. Only negative is the restaurant as it is partnered with a outside caterer and food is just reheated and very small portions so not good value! Would stay there again !!

Charging with 7kW "only" - cost 50ct. kW. Breakfast superb. Busstation wirhin a short walk. Diner in hotel only a limited range.

A beautifully clean, modern hotel. Incredibly comfortable bed. Everywhere felt clean and looked after. Easy parking right outside the hotel. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food and drinks in hotel restaurant not expensive and good quality. Didn’t have the time to experience the spa but will definitely come back. Had a brilliant stay.

First class from the moment we walked in. Staff were excellent and very knowledgeable. Breakfast was first class with a very good choice. The only problem we encountered was that there are not many restaurants in the area - you really have to drive in to Rouen centre.

The apar**ents are huge, and very well equipped. Brilliant for 2 adults 2 children. The hotel is new, in an excellent location near the A28. We were continuing south, this was a great stopover 2 hours from the tunnel. When we arrived there was an issue with our room as it hadn't been cleaned, however this was quickly rectified and we had a free drink whilst we waited. Quiet area with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We ate in the hotel, and although the menu is small we had a nice meal. Will definitely stay again if we need somewhere in that area.

Very nice, clean, modern property. Rooms modern, comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was very nice too, with good quality consumables. My only negative experience was with the night staff member. I was totally ignored by this member of staff at check-in, I was standing at front desk waiting to be served. The staff member was busy on the computer and didn’t even want to give me eye contact. After a few minutes of waiting at the front desk I decided to speak to him. I didn’t understand what he said but he still didn’t want to serve me and continued gazing confused at his computer. I decided to leave and come back later—I came back after a quick visit to a local McDonald’s. Very bad check-in experience!
