No breakfast or morning coffee was disappointing, and take out your own trash was a joke !

The staff is extremely helpful and the rates are good for the area that it's located in. The two who handle the front desk: Shelly & Edna are more than helpful. They are willing to work with you AS LONG as you aren't a **** or a delinquent visitor. Be kind to the staff and the other residents. If you are a **** or a delinquent person you are better off staying away from here cause the people here will make sure you are out like that if you over-step your boundaries or continuously cause problems for everyone else. Rooms are clean and getting back after a long day is very relaxing.

Unable to see the sign for the property until we were driving by on a barrier divided 2 lane highway. You must turn in on Golf Tower driveway and find your way through the bushes to the hotel parking lot, and that route is not lighted at night, making it very difficult.

When we arrived and checked in this hotel @9pm on 7/31/2022, the receptionist said the only one elevator was exchanging to new one now and it would take 5 weeks to fix it. It meant we could not use the elevator and our room was 3rd floor which was only room available. Also she said she did not know our phone number and email address because we booked through **********. That was why she couldn't tell us that's problem in advance. After a long drive to get there, this made us so upset and tired. Also no breakfast and coffee services.

Stay was great very clean room. Some stuff on blow dryer cord was kinda gross which is why I docked one point for cleanliness. Couldn't use it. Other than that very clean. Staff very courteous. Breakfast was small but enough and the coffe was good.

Samrath did an excellent job checking me in quickly and assist is ting me with any questions I had. Would definitely stay at this location again!

Friendly & helpful management & staff. Room was clean & bed was comfy. My favorite part was the kitchen area with a full size fridge! The overall layout of the room is well thought out. The view from my room overlooked the forest preserve across the street. Peaceful surroundings of nature, yet super close to restaurants & shopping. All-in-all, I always felt safe, met many interesting people & very pleased that I chose this location & hotel to be my home away from home. I would highly recommend it, even for a staycation.

We booked through ********** and when we got the confirmation through email we went to the hotel and the hotel says they are sold out and did not have a confirmation we were inconvenienced and had to find another hotel. And now I had pre-paid the hotel and I’m trying to get a refund.

hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the manager - Amie was charming. Definitely give it a try. Located in a good and safe neighborhood near many restaurants and stores. I would recommed this hotel to friends and family. The rooms were nice and had a full refrigerator and microwave and stove top.
