Everyone was super sweet. Took the kids there for New Year’s Eve because of how inviting the pool area looked. They had a great time they enjoyed swimming in the breakfast was great!

It was very nice. The staff were great, the bed was really comfy, the pool was nice. No complaints.

This was a great hotel for our overnight stay. Friendly staff, great breakfast, the pool was warm and we found it to be quiet. Older hotel, but great value!

The room and facilities were quite clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to many places to eat. I didn’t use it but the location of the pool was very inviting I’d recommend to everyone

Nice large rooms, big tub/shower. The pool area which they refer to as The Garden is open, well lit up and inviting except it was so cold in that room I didn’t. Want to remove my coat breakfast was well done. Only complaint was no filtered water to fill water bottles and the shower had very weak stream and had to run hot water only ( it’s almost like when you put on the cold the hot water wasn’t working. I’m not sure what that was Al about but overall a good stay

Our front desk employee was excellent. Super nice and informed us about breakfast and local eating establishments.

First off I stayed there for about a week. On the first night the wifi was out, the front desk told me to wait a bit. The next night still no wifi and the front desk employees laughed me off and told me to use my phone or go buy a hot spot, adding that my room just didn’t and wouldn’t have wifi. The tub wouldn’t hold water, and it was tub that had jets. When you turned on the shower the majority to water would continue to run down the tub and very little made it to the shower nozzle. The water pressure was terrible due to that that. The cold water handle came off in my hand when I tried to turn on some cold water. It just popped off and the front desk never came or sent someone to fix it. The room was freezing and the heater in the room wouldn’t work. It was 30 degrees at night. They were also not following fire code and it made me feel uncomfortable. Just poor management all around. The walls were super thin, all rooms overlook the indoor pool and we would hear people in the pool, hallways or in the rooms next to us like they were besides us.

The staff was wonderful! Very courteous and informative! The reason I gave a four star rating is because there is no restaurant or bar at the facility. It is an older hotel/****** type building, so some of the spaces are still showing their age. It is in a good location and is very well lit.
