NO REFUNDS FOR THIRD PARTY AMENITIES: Hosts are not responsible for interruptions beyond our control (ie: internet outages, weather, downed power lines, power outages, etc). Hosts are also not responsible for property amenities being closed or serviced during your stay. 4. NO EXTRA GUESTS without prior approval. POOL TABLE: To ensure safety, we kindly request that the pool table not be accessible to children under the age of 12. * Please do not place any food/beverages on the pool table. * Please keep the pool table cover on, when not in use. 13. Please be advised that we do not allow mail or packages to be delivered to our properties, as we cannot assume responsibility for them. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for stays longer than 14 days, with the understanding that we are not liable for them. Should this pertain to your situation, please contact the Host. 14. For community safety and security purposes, the Host requires guests to submit a picture of a government ID for all guests listed on the reservation. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose. You may cover identifiable information on the ID except the name, D.O.B., and photo. These guidelines are put in place by Property Management for everyone's safety and to manage potential liabilities.
