아그릴리(Agrili Apartments & Rooms)

Perfect place for summer holidays. Nice location, excelent service, and very halpful and kind staff! Close to the quiet public beach with natural shade and few minutes driving from the best organised beaches.

The location is right next to the road so there is a lot of noise, if you sleep lightly I do not recommend. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything from neighbouring rooms, the feeling is that they are in the room with you just you can't see them. If you are unlucky enough to have noisy neighbours you can't sleep, we were woken up at 4am by seemingly trivial things like a heavily slammed door, a shower and a cheerful chat after a night out at the club, it was impossible to fall asleep again, very frustrating. Cleaning is good, done daily and the wifi worked well compared to other peninsula locations we stayed at. The furniture is old, in the shower to be able to soap your body you have to open the door to the shower cabin (and we are not overweight) and with the doors closed the water leaks past the shower. When we arrived at the location we found water in the cupboard under the sink and the mosquito net was broken when we told them they shouted at us and were very rude. They promised to fix the problems they knew about before we arrived and they did. The patio door and all the windows have to be opened with caution, being poorly adjusted they don't open on the first try, you have to move the handle in every possible position to open or close them. If I had not paid in advance I would have honestly left the place. We would not return and would not recommend it.

As we were boarding our flight from Dublin to Thessaloniki, we received a message from Agrili saying that our guaranteed reservation made six months ago, had been cancelled. No explanation as to why. We booked this holiday period (27th June to 11th July) back in January 2022, were given guaranteed confirmation then by *********** and even had further email communications with the owner that time. I cannot understand how six months later our guaranteed reservation was summarily cancelled with ONLY 7 hours notice and no offer of comparable alternatives. This downright uncaring and unacceptable treatment by Agrili ruined our entire holiday as we had meticulously researched our destination and booked what we expected would be an ideal location with the facilities we required. Instead, we had to scramble to source alternative accommodation and while we di, it was far inferior to what we understood and expected of Agrili. Even though they offered what they called a substantial discount on a subsequent stay, when I called to discuss this with them, I was rudely cut off. My subsequent email asking what discount was being offered has also been ignored and not answered. I hold BOTH Agrili and *********** accountable for this totally unacceptable and extremely upsetting episode, so I would caution any potential customers to think twice before booking with them.

W hotelu Agrili Apartments ( bylismy z przyjaciolmi we wrzesniu 2022 roku Sam obiekt bardzo przyjemny , teren wokol hotelu zadbany ( ogrod ) codziennie sprzatane pokoje ..bardzo ladny basen z lezakami Niestety byly tez sytuacje wobec ktorych trudno przejsc obojetnie .. Bardzo slabe sniadania …i przez caly tydzien taki sam zestaw na talerzu , jedno jajko , dwa tosty, lyzka jogurtu greckiego ,kilka winogron , jeden maly kawalek arbuza , jedno maslo i dzem , sok z kartonu, kawa tez niestety bardzo slaba ..my mielismy ten zalosny zestaw w cenie pobytu ale nasi przyjaciele chcac z nami spedzac czas za to „ sniadanie”juz placili 10 euro za osobe !, Ze sniadan lubilismy tylko pania ktora je podawala , urocza i bardzo pracowita !( z reszta widzielismy ja czesto jak robila wiele innych rzeczy na terenie hotelu ) Pan kierownik lub zarzadzajacy obiektem natomiast bardzo slabe wrazenie na nas zrobil.. pewnego razu zdjal wszystkie materace z lezakow poniewaz padal tego dnia deszcz , na prosbe mojej kolezanki nastepnego dnia czy mozna dostac je z powrotem odpowiedz brzmiala ze nie , bo to juz koniec sezonu .. co nie bylo prawda bo caly czas jeszcze po nas przyjezdzali goscie . Moglismy zaobserwowac ze nowi goscie korzystaja juz po przyjezdzie z twardych lezakow nie majac nawet swiadomosci ze wczesniej byly ladne materace … my oczywiscie tez niestety juz ich do konca nie zobaczylismy, szkoda .. Niestety hotel nie zasluguje na 4 gwiazdki w mojej skromnej opini, nie wrocilabym .. Beata z przyjaciolmi
