미코니안 빌라 컬렉션(Myconian Villa Collection - Preferred Hotels & Resorts)

Прекрасный вид, вкусно в ресторане, номер большой, удобный. Бассейн замечательный в номере большой с соленой водой. Бесплатный шаттл до города и обратно. Пляж внизу чудесный, лежаки, полотенца, зонтики все есть и это от гостиницы. Принимают юнион пэй и есть банкомат. Все добренькие и веселые)

매우 좋은 호텔이지만 한심한 서비스... (작동하지 않는 TV, 작동하지 않는 커피 머신) 그리고 아무도 신경 쓰지 않습니다... 하루에 3번 비활성화되는 키... 영어를 하는 사람이 거의 없습니다(또는 매우 나쁘게)... "우리가 처리할게"라고 말하지만 아무 도움이 되지 않습니다. 매우 실망했습니다. 그러나 장소는 아름답고 방은 크고 모든 것이 매우 깨끗합니다. 서비스가 너무 나빠요.

그곳에서 일하는 모든 사람들과 마찬가지로 이곳은 훌륭합니다. 안타깝게도 여기서 휴가를 보내기 위해 오는 사람들은 상상할 수 없습니다. 무례함이 지배적입니다. 다른 곳에서 휴식을 취하러 간 부모가 침대에 남겨둔 아이들의 비명 소리 속에서 우리는 신혼 여행을 보냈습니다. 아무도 확인하지 않습니다. 게다가 옆에 탁아소가 있는 간이 침대에 아이들 무리가 쌓여 있는 모습을 종종 볼 수 있었습니다. 10일의 방학으로 우리처럼 지치지 않도록 호텔에서는 아이들이 놀 수 있는 특별한 공간을 제공해야 한다고 생각합니다!

Well, the first impression was bad but somehow it managed to be a pleasant stay overall. The thing is the villa collection rooms are desperately in need of a profound renovation! At least both the two we have seen. There were cracks on the walls, a big broken piece on the floor in the entrance, bad condition of some furniture and I was astonished with a huge rusty old sound column in the middle of the room... just why?? Better having nothing. The doors and windows framework look ancient and the light buttons are fallimg apart... please.. it's like 50 dollars into electric stuff and would give an overall better first impression instantly! A lot of strange design choices and materials. The room floor and bathroom ceramics have a faint stained color.. I could not have imagined nothing worse, a ceramic that seems dirty, but it is not... totally off. In the common areas there are also some very questionable weird choices such as the pink velvet everywhere. Other things though seem very nice, a strange mix overall. Design and bad room condition apart the rest of the stay was off good quality overall. The main salty pool is huge, amazing and very clean and is the biggest of the myconian hotels in this complex. The freedom to walk to the other sister hotels in the complex is very interesting making it a huge ground to discover and enjoy. Although very litle information regarding this is provided. I liked the pool and the food of the Imperial for instance. Note that the pool of the Villa collection was always significantly less windy than the others cause it is not facing the beach, it's the best one indeed! Other positives: Room cleaning was afterall very good. Good breakfast. Crazy amount of bath amenities. I never saw soo many bottles replenished everytime and Olivia Thinks brand products are amazing. They should consider big refillable bottles. Room AC very efficient and silent. Very nice dark room at night. Huge new TV in the room. Great balcony. Free tansfers to the beach and town. Amazing pool sunbeds. Delicate and nice hotel scent. No drainge or sewer smell in the bathroom. Other negatives: Trash truck very noisy everyday in front of the breakfast area. Rooms photos in the website are mixed and don't correspond to the category. This is even stated by the reception staff. Old spa facilities. Card to open the room constantly stops working. Beach area with no signs, badly performing staff and overall poor ambiance, it's in the worst part of the beach. Villa collection gym is a joke but you can use the one at the Imperial which is good and modern. Poor info of the resort activities. No app to communicate. Overall I feel that greed took place here as they should really undergo renovations besides growing and building new stuff around. With a room uppscaling and better design choices this could be a really special resort indeed.

Luxury Villa and nice amenities. Breakfast spread was very good! You will need to cater transport out as the location is quite at a far corner. If you like to indulge and rest relax at a nice Villa, this is for you! Shower room , tub, toilet is all separated , room is huge and cosy. Nice smell throughout. Love their shower gel, shampoo and body lotion scent!!!

Staying at Myconian Villa Collection was a wonderful & memorable experience!! The views of the Agean were incredible & the beach access was very appreciated. The daily breakfast is delicious and for other meals, there are plenty of options on the property, including at Myconian Imperial, which is a resort within walking distance. The saltwater pool was uncrowded, even for high season. A special thank you needs to be given to Konstantinos, at Reception, as any question & even a minor concern about a light bulb that needed to be changed in our room, was handled efficiently, professionally & with a smile. For beautiful, luxury accommodations while in Mykonos, this is the place to stay🇬🇷

This review was long due in the making! From the first minute we walked in on to the grounds of Myconian Villas we stepped into paradise. The aura, the ambiance, décor, pools, rooms, restaurants, beach access and most importantly people. We are very thankful to the whole staff of the hotel. George and Stravros at front desk with the rest of the crew – you guys made our stay unforgettable. Christos at the restaurant with the rest of the team – you guys are so so awesome! Thank you for your superb services and smiles. Bartender at the pool and DJ – the coolest guys in town. Statsaki at the beach – you rock and the shuttle services – thank you for always being there on time! The hotel is absolutely one for the books. We can’t wait to see you all back next year! We had the most wonderful recent stay at Myconian Villas. Everything about the holiday was ideal. We were in the Lovers Suite, the room was perfect, double sofas, a table and a very comfortable King size bed. The suite also has its own pool, one that was great for cooling off in. Rooms were cleaned twice a day to perfection, chocolates delivered every evening, the only downside was the charges for the coffee pods and additional water. The facilities are absolutely first class. We ate in three of the the restaurants, one at Villas and two at Imperial. Cabbanes at the Villas was our go to. Excellent cuisine, with plenty of options for tasting the chef’s choice and also from the extensive menu. All of the food was first class, we ate both meat and fish options, all cooked to perfection. We also like to thank the restaurant staff here, they looked after us (and at breakfast too), and we tasted beautiful local red and white wines. The Pinot Noir being my favourite. The staff would do anything for you and always did this with a smile on their face. Thank you. We also ate at Celebrities restaurant and Sishu at Imperial. Celebrities again have plenty of choices, we had meat and fish options, both local and fresh. Sishu, was our secret favourite. The chicken dumplings for starters must be ordered, and again plenty of choice, rice and noodle dishes, sushi (of course), with the salmon roe cooked to perfection. All of the waiting and front of house staff were friendly, always with a smile and would do anything for you. The last mention is the bar staff at the Villas pool, along with the resident bar DJ. Great choices of drinks, quick service and always ready for a chat. The DJ played some great 80s classics along with some R&B, soulful and chill out tunes. Really nice to unwind after a day at the pool. Would recommend the free shuttle service to Mykonos Town. Regular times and always arrived on time. Prices in the hotel were slightly more expensive than outside the hotel but I’d expect that from a hotel that prides itself on 5 star service. Have not hesitated given this a 5 out of 5. Would we come back, oh yes, it’s a shame that there are too many people to thank for our stay to have all their names but hopefully they know who they are from our review.

This hotel is exceptional, we highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Mykonos. We recently stayed for 12 nights, our room in Villa Ornos with private pool was beautifully decorated, luxurious with very comfortable beds and with a fantastic view of Elia beach. The views from Cabbanes, main pool area and bar are fabulous and the food was excellent. The shuttle bus service was very useful and prompt for travelling into Mykonos town. However what makes this hotel really special is the service. A special thank you to all the staff particularly at breakfast, reception and to George the Manager for making us feel so welcome and providing great attention to detail. All staff were friendly and keen to ensure you were enjoying your stay and checked in regularly with guests, all our requests for any reservations etc were organised very quickly and efficiently, this is a completely stress free experience. We have no complaints about our stay and the personal approach to service is what will keep us coming back in the future, this is truly an excellent 5 star hotel.
