바이스 럭셔리 빌라(Vais Luxury Villas)

Vagalis, the owner/manager, literally saved our vacation when a villa elsewhere that we originally booked turned out to be unavailable. Vagalis was calm, gentle and welcoming in receiving us in our moment of uncertainty. We stayed in the East villa. The view is spectacular. The villa is situated up in a mountain, thus quiet and secluded, but just a 2 minute drive to groceries (Express Market) and the mini-port of Agios Nikolaos where the ferries to Kefalonia dock, where there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants plus boat rentals and tours to the Blue Caves and Navagio. Plenty of beaches not too far away, including the beautiful sandy Alykes beach (there are closer, though rocky, beaches as well). The villa has a very modern decor and open bathroom design. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Suitable kitchen and great outdoor bbq. Raz the cleaning guy seems to always be there when needed (but out of sight), very friendly and helpful. The beds were made during our visit and the place made tidy while we were out. Very comfortable outdoor furniture that was situated overlooking the harbor and made for perfect relaxation and rest. Yes, the drive up the hill to park at the entrance to the East villa seems a bit steep at first....but I made it up with a fully packed (people and luggage) Renault Cleo (small pathetic car) so it is doable and isn't a real problem. Bottom line: Great spot for R&R and very comfortable.

Vaggeli was the consummate host and the villas phenomenal. For our stay we were housed in the East Villa, which comfortably accommodated 3 adults and a teenager. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. In addition, the kitchen was adequately stocked with every basic and all the nice to haves. From the minute you arrive at the Villa, there is an absolute sense of serenity with every need accommodated, from sightseeing to staying in and taking in all the luxuries of the property, and if you don’t want to head out, food is bought in! We will be back next year and would highly recommend to the property to the most discerning of guests. Thank you Vaggeli for making our holiday the perfect getaway!

This place is unbelievable. Quiet but 2 mins away from one of the best spots in Zakynthos. Everything was super and Vagelis has been always available and very gentle with us. I think we couldn't find a better place here! We are just planning to come back next year

I had the BEST time. Views were stunning, bed is incredibly comfortable. Everything about the villa was luxury. Would go back! The host was incredibly helpful with transport options, food, recommendations. BRILLIANT.

We stayed at the east villa end of April 2023 for a week with our two dogs and we had a great time. The villa is located in the norther part of Zakynthos where there are hardly any tourists. The views are stunning and the 4 nearby restaurants are all you need. The owner is great and super helpful. The cocomat beds are the best. Rooms are clean, spacious and kitchen is basic with all things necessary. If I had to mention points for improvements: - privacy, the gardner/cleaner is always around and pops up every now and then. He lives below the villa - The noise of the surroundings, there are many construction areas around with continous drilling and sounds of constructions, which can be a bit annoying - Wifi speed, it is very slow, but then again, it forces you to stay off your phone! All in all, highly recommended

I booked this property on booking com and received a confirmation and welcome email from the owner of Vais, so I booked family flights. Two hours later after I had booked our flights, the owner cancelled the booking saying that they were double booked. I checked with *********** who confirmed that the property owner needs to keep the calendar updated. Huge inconvenience and time wasted trying to find alternatives and also some cost as I had to pay £55 for flight cancellation, which was not refunded.. So please be aware if booking on another platform that Vais Villas may not have their booking calendar synced or updated, so I recommend double checking with them directly first. Extremely disappointing as it looks stunning and has such great reviews. The owner did eventually acknowledge the error and inconvenience and offered a discount on any future trips to Vais which I appreciate.

We really enjoyed staying in this villa on this wonderful island. The owners were extremely facilitating. They are there and extremely supportive, if you need them, otherwise they will leave you alone. That is, what we wanted and received it. We had a guide associated with us. By any wishes, we could contact him, which was just great! Our rvilla was breathtaking. In the morning, you woke up to the sunrise from bed. During the day, we went to the beach and visited turtle island. What an amazing underwater world. You will love it! Our villa was always clean and well maintained. The food is very good and shops and restaurants are nearby. You will love it. A thoroughly relaxing experience with memorizing views of the sea and mountains of Zakynthos. You will always remember.
