호텔 이 레스토란테 바예 베르데(Hotel Valle Verde)

We were staying at a different hotel and decided to try the Peruvian food at this hotel. We were far from impressed. Service was poor despite no one being there. I'm not sure that there was pisco in the pisco sours, and much of what was advertised on their website is not on their menu. The whole fish must have been the skinniest fish they could find, we did not stay for dessert.

Well situated,the vale verde hôtel could be wonderfull,but it is missing some maintenance.We had superior room for 4 people used by 2,that means lot of space very appreciate. The location is perfect,beautifull siting,good pool,beautifull garden. Check in was good but the room bathroom very disapointing.Lots of broken items,shower head toilet bowl... The restaurant is open from 4pm and close at 8pm,even earlier. Breakfast,as in many places in Panama,is a choice to be made between 3 choices. the continental is 2 eggs,2 pieces of bread ,butter,Jam no ham,and no fruits and you have to chose between Coffee or Tea and Orange Juice every extra even 2nd cup of Coffee is not free. But the situation is perfect.

Hotel overview was beautiful outside landscape. Rooms where clean and small for the price. Amazing view of the mountains. Complementary breakfast was poor. Only 3 choices and you had to paid extra for coffe refills or any drinks. Management need improvement. Restaurant only open until 1pm . Peruvian food is their forte.

A charming older hotel in a a beautiful environment. The hotel is a bit frayed around the edges, with minor things that need repair. The staff were helpful.

Awful place. Just one befuddled staff member when we arrived. Breakfast NOT open at 8:00 as promised. Weird plumbing. Grounds COULD be beautiful if anybody who owns or manages the place cared at all. I'd expect it to be cheap because it's so awful, but pricing is about the same as Golden Frog, where we moved, and that place is clean, well-run.

The only good thing of the hotel is the scenery. Other than that it fails on several items. The rooms are expensive, having to pay premium rate ($89.10 with an ******* discount) for an 8 square meter room, poor funishing, and with a bed that barely fits. The food is supposed to be peruvian style. I've been to Peru many times, and it's definately not it, with prices that are more than 3 times what is expected (2 small entries, 1 main course, 1 soup, and 3 drinks for $78.60!!!). The complementary breakfast was not that great either. Try not to stay there unless you have no other options.

Nunca pude usar la piscina porque estaban justo trabajando. Me dijeron que al llegar no pero que al dia siguiente si y nunca se pudo. Me dieron una habitación con el baño o dañado. Luego el señor discutienso con alguien que no se si es empleado o familiar. Para nada lo recomiendo. En las fotos se ve muy lindo todo pero no lleno mis expectativas.

Me gustó el ambiente familiar, tiene una piscina bonita, personal del restaurante muy amable. No me gustó que al llegar no había nadie en recepción.
