컴포트 스위트 엘 패소 에어포트(Comfort Suites El Paso Airport)

Didn’t have key cards for rooms so desk person had to let you in each time you exited. Broken tiles in bathroom, Stains on couch and carpet. Bed and begging were nice though. Breakfast was just ok.

The room was really nice for the price! I loved the double king suite with the separate bedrooms. I would definitely recommend staying there!

We were very satisfied with the cleanliness in the rooms and with the breakfast buffet.

we asked for a room with a pull-out couch which we did get for our son to sleep on, but they would not give us any sheets, blankets, or pillows for it even though they knew we needed to use it when we had reserved that room months in advance. they told us that they had ran out of everything for the extra bed.

The room was "OK", it was larger than I expected which was nice, but the clerk at the check-in desk was rude and short with us, she acted like it was inconvenient for us to check-in. In the room the TV was on the wall next to the closet that had the ironing board in it, and it was very hard to pull out so we could see it around the closet. The TV also only had a universal remote, so good luck trying to fix it if it has CC or Spanish for the channels. The bed was super hard, and they had mini pillows for the bed. The breakfast was alright, it wasn't the best, but it was editable. Overall, for us just staying 1 night and paying 130.00 for this, I wish I would have stayed somewhere else and payed the same or a little more for better service and a better place to sleep.

Yes, the location and transportation was excellent. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. However there were two things that were bothersome. The vent fan in 308 bathroom was loud with an abnormal rumble. I could not find a fan to remain running to block out noise. And lastly I could hear every noise of the people packing in the morning. I heard them go from the wardrobe to and back. If there would had been a fan the noise problem would not have existed. The personal in check in was great.

The staff are professional and well-trained. They sure know their stuff.

The lady at the front desk was very and short. It all started when I called to request the shuttle from the airport and she said “you are here, I’ll let them know” and hung up. When we got there, even asking her what floor we were at she sighed and said second. Very rude and didn’t understand the problem

Don’t put people on the second floor with baggage when you know the elevator is not working. Fix the hot water situation so you don’t have to wait a 1/2 hour with no explanation as no why there is none!
