Отель очень понравился. Хорошее местоположение вдали от центра, есть шаттлы по расписанию на лио бич и в эль нидо. Вначале смутил размер комнаты и боковое окно, но сам отель очень красивый и зелёный.Лучше брать комнату категорией выше стандартной.Персонал очень доброжелательный . Можно забронировать тур.

Service was good. Lovely welcome drink on arrival but when shown the room it was tiny and had an overwhelming smell of mould. We asked for another room so they moved us up a floor and its was better. Still small. Would not book same room rate again. Helpful polite staff and free shuttle to town. Beautiful pools.

Because I had such an amazing experience with Charlie's El Nido last year with their staff and customer service, I decided to return again this year and stay with them. As always, upon getting off the plane, I was well taken care of by the staff of Charlie's, Thank You Kat!!!!. This by far has been the best resort & hotel in El Nido. The entire staff provides the ultimate best service. The food is amazing and delicious as well! You really feel as if you are at home. I love staying there & they all make you feel like you are a part of their family. Having a shuttle & a tricycle service is so convenient & takes away the stress. Aleta, is the best massage therapist ever! Also, The rooms are so clean! Huge shout out to Kat, Nina, Reven, Anthony, JR, Aleta, and Kuya Joseph! Please consider staying at Charlie's when in El Nido, they made my trip so memorable!

Still have some things to work on.. They didn’t started on top when our pre-booked shuttle didn’t showed up at airport. Waited an hour until a security guard at the airport helped us order a tricycle. Some misunderstanding between booking office and the reception was the answer, but they paid for our tricycle. It was a nice and modern hotel. Not a resort for pool relaxing because they only have few sun beds and always occupied. Even towels were few. Always in laundry was the answer. The rooms were tiny and dark. Always humid and moist. All our clothes and even bed linens felt wet. The food was tasty and good. But as in many places the service isn’t very fast. Long waiting times, from order to waiting even if they weren’t crowded. They were really keen on the allergies and made some offer to try to fix things. Even if they had spring rolls med of rice paper on the menu, of course the rice paper were out of stock they didn’t got new for our whole stay. As much others. No Cola Zero. Out of French fries and so on. They’re not quick to clean used glasses around pool area. Our tv didn’t work. They had not a great interest in trying to make it work. Our door lock same thing.. Good thing is the free shuttle to ElNido, LioBeach and the airport. Upon checkout I got the question how the stay was, my hesitation in answer and that it didn’t fulfill my expectations I didn’t got any reaction or questions how they could have done better. Don’t ask the question if you don’t want the answer.

Sad to leave Charlie’s and beautiful el nido. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel rooms are spacious and bright and the pool area is lovely, however does not have that many sun loungers. The hotel offers a great free shuttle service to el nido town which is around a 13 minute drive and to Lio beach and the airport which are both less then a 5 minute drive. We used the laundry service at extra cost which was efficient. They offer a great variety of food and drinks and everything we have was excellent. The pineapple mint crush was a personal favourite. The staff are kind, attentive and extremely hard working. Overall loved our stay and would return.

The best service I have ever received from a hotel. I’ve never known people to be so genuinely friendly and kind. They made our whole stay a genuine breeze, and had us super sad when we left. It is a testament to how fantastic service can make such a difference. Couldn’t recommend a hotel more!

Siamo stati a Charlie's durante l'ultima settimana delle nostre vacanze e non c'era modo migliore per concludere! La struttura è curata in ogni particolare e lo staff è stato davvero fantastico ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. La colazione offre diverse opzioni dolci e salate ed piena di prelibatezze culinarie sia locali che continentali. Io sono vegetariana e sono sempre riuscita ad avere diverse opzioni tra cui scegliere. Abbiamo anche provato il ristorante a cena e devo dire che non ci ha mai deluso; le opzioni sono curate e abbondanti ed ovviamente deliziose! Per quanto riguarda i tour, l'hotel si affida alla Spider Travel & Tours. Il primo tour che abbiamo fatto (Tour A) è stato ben organizzato e lo staff è stato coinvolgente e molto ben preparato. Sfortunatamente quando siamo tornati per fare il Tour D, non avevano numero sufficiente e ci hanno così mandato con un'altra agenzia senza dircelo. Lo staff era molto svogliato e non c'è stato modo di avere nessun tipo di interazione con la guida riguardo i posti che abbiamo visitato. Questa è l'unica pecca che posso riportare, in quanto penso che un hotel di questo calibro dovrebbe controllare meglio a chi si affida per i tour, per assicurare un servizio in linea con la qualità dell'hotel. Per concludere, consiglio di cuore di soggiornare da Charlie's se decideste di fermarvi ad El Nido non solo per il posto in se ma anche per il meraviglioso staff che lavora presso questa struttura! Moreover, the staff's politeness, smiles and willingness to assist with any request further enhanced our stay.
