Stayed in a casita that is lakefront, private and stunning views of the Mombacho volcano and sunsets right front the deck. Rooms are well equipped with safe, mosquito netting over the bed and locally made lights, hammock, tables and ceramics. There are kayaks, yoga mats and blocks, a library and sitting area under the treehouse and of course the yoga / best dining place palapa! Staff is available 24 hours a day for you and purified water is complimentary. The included breakfast cones with a fresh squeezed juice, a fresh fruit bowl and your choice of 5-6 breakfast options! And they all are delicious and filling! You must try the fish tacos for lunch. The dinners include a complimentary appetizer of the day and are $10-16usd each. Henry the boat driver is timely, polite, always smiling and attentive. The kitchen staff Ana, Thema, and Xiomara are friendly and the food presented is both perfectly seasoned and well presented! Pablo the bartender waiter speaks perfect English and is very knowledgeable, polite, helpful and makes great smoothies and micheladas! Overall our stay was very relaxing, peaceful and stress free as the staff assisted with all the drivers to Masaya, Grenada, the boat service and the airport. The internet is not fast but works well for emails and texting, the power went out a couple of times but was restored again in a few hours as the generator did not kick in. Kayaking around the islands, the lake is calm and you can watch the local fishermen and their skills. I would highly recommend this little gem and Maria Jose (Majo) the new manager is a job and always willing to assist you with your inquiries or needs. Thanks for the memorable 6 days!
