라브란다 호텔 바이아 데 로보스(Labranda Bahía de Lobos)

Personnel de l’hôtel parlant français, à l’écoute et serviable aussi bien à la réception que du côté restauration. 2 piscines au choix, une plus au calme que l’autre selon les envies. Grande chambre très fonctionnelle et propre avec vue sur piscine (ou pas). Hôtel bien situé à côté des magasins, des restaurants et bars. La nourriture était savoureuse quoique manquant un peu de diversité (j’étais en demie pension). Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Be very cautious about paying for upgraded rooms at this hotel. I booked the holiday through TUI and paid extra for a poolview room, the block might have been by the pool but our room was certainly not a room overlooking the pool. I've raised this with Tui and both them and the hotel are refusing to refund me the charge so don't be fooled. Anyway onto the rest of the holiday will start with the good bits. THE GOOD. The animation team, cleaners, bar and restraunt staff work tirelessly hard and are very friendly. The hotel is very well situated in Corrallejo which was nice. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. Water and drink making facilities on arrival was nice when arriving late. Good selection of drinks. NOT SO GOOD The food its wasnt all bad, breakfast was excellent, lunch was fine, the evenings however were generally poor, it gets very repetitive. Disappointingly despite being a 4* This was poorer than a lot of the 3* I've stayed in Snack at the pool bar were like an after thought, cold hotdogs, dry sandwiches, and left over fruit from lunch. THE BAD Certainly the pool view room I paid extra for which turned out to be the wall of the adjacent hotel block. The beds are absolutely dreadful, its a choice between sleeping on a rock hard single bed or the sofa bed with what looked like a couple of worn out mattress toppers stacked on top of each other. Honestly some of the worst nights sleep I've ever had, how thats sufficient for a 4* hotel is beyond me. To sumarise a fairly disappointing experience if your looking to stay its okay but don't expect this to better than a 3* hotel because it simply isn't.

Very poor hotel. My dirty coffee mug was left for my full 5 night duration. There was so many bugs and cockroaches in the room everyday. Wifi, forget about it. You get no wifi connection and they blame it on the winds even on days when there are no winds.

Fabulous hotel rooms really big stayed in D block comfy beds plenty hot water sun on balcony till late - no complaints about food (plenty of choice) or cleanliness of room & about th hotel staff work really hard always doin something really friendly too - pools are cold - th AI drinks are ok wine sangria - rum G&T would definitely come back

Before going on this trip I thought so many times about changing especially when the bankruptcy news came out. I honestly didn’t have to worry!! When we arrived check in took a while but we were a big group so it does take a while! It was very hot but there was drinks that were accessible to everyone. Rooms weren’t ready which was a bit of a pain but it was almost lunchtime so we headed there. The food was brilliant and I have the fussiest 7 year old! There was always fresh fish and meat being cooked and fresh pizzas. Yes sometimes the food is repeated but they can’t do different things every single day! The pancakes were amazing and the chocolate fountain downstairs. The staff in every restaurant were the loveliest people and every single one took time to make a fuss of my baby especially Elbis - hope I spelt your name right! He was so lovely and my little girl loved seeing him every time. On the last day reception let us book an early breakfast before our flight home which was brilliant. Although not sure the kitchen staff had been told as we didn’t get the best reception! There was so many options for drinks on the all inclusive and slushies and ice cream for the kids. The rooms were big, and cleaned daily. Again every member of cleaning staff we came into contact with were so lovely and welcoming! We always had fresh towels. When we had problems with losing the key to the room more than once the maintenance people were so helpful too. The only negative I could say is about the entertainment - the entertainment team in the hotel were brilliant. There’s lots to get involved with and they aren’t pushy if you don’t want too. The mini disco is good but after that there isn’t many shows on. We spent 9 nights there and only seen a few live acts were on. There was no big shows etc. The pools were lovely and big but very cold, my 7 year old didn’t care but my baby was very cold! Lots of music around the kids pool which made for a lovely atmosphere. The hotel is so close to the main ***** and everywhere is flat so you can walk for miles! If you want to see the chipmunks we found lots up by the bus stop by the ******. Popcorn beach is beautiful. Definitely go to cocobanana for amazing ice cream! Jet 2 were brilliant and would recommend listening to the welcome talk, We learnt lots from Derek! Brilliant hotel with brilliant staff, definitely recommend

Just spent 2 weeks at this hotel what a great experience it was the food was lovely there was always something that you liked, the entertainment staff were great especially Alicia carlo and sara, but out the 3 of them Alicia was the best dancer and kids mini disco was great was there with 2 children, definitely ignore the bad reviews because this place was great

We had a fantastic 2 week stay. Hotel was very clean and tidy at all times. Pool area was always clean and tidy. Food was lovely, something for everyone. Poolside entertainment was fab. Room were tidied everyday. All the staff worked so hard and Were very friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would most definitely come back. Thank you for making our holiday special.

We stayed from the 8th-22nd May, this was our second visit and I emailed Natalia before hand and asked if it would be possible to have room 1145 as it was the room that we stayed in on our first visit and we did so thanks so much Natalia, I would like to thank all the staff as they all work so hard and are so friendly, we can’t fault the hotel at all and so we have decided to return on 26th June for 2 weeks, we can’t wait, just hoping that we can have room 1145 again or anyone in block G or H as this location is perfect for us, looking forward to seeing everyone next week.

Lovely spacious hotel room, very clean and daily room cleaning services. Only downside no lock on door and with a toddler he could just open the door. Pool had plenty of space and no issues getting sunbeds at any time of day. Amination team were excellent. Stayed all inclusive, food was ok but not fantastic. Sometimes limited choice and was cold. Hotel is situated within a 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the aqua park and 1 minute from the shops.
