Impressive Premium offered an excellent vacation. The resort itself was beautiful and very well maintained. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The beach was beautiful, and we never had any issues with getting chairs close to the front or with some shade. Johnny from the excursion team was friendly and funny but never pushy. Wanda at the premium pool bar was fantastic and always kept us with something to drink. The food was good, always something to choose from at the buffet with lots of variety. The a la carte restaurants were good, the favorite being the Japanese, a great interactive experience. The premium is premium, not adults only so there are children. We did find the premium side was a bit quieter than the non-premium side. Overall, a great relaxing vacation and we would return to this resort without hesitation.

Everything was perfect, just wi-fi should be better. In the resort there are 6 a la carte restaurants + one main restaurant, many bars, 4 pools, spa, well equiped gym. Beach was cleaned every day from sea****. It was useful to have a "premium" with a better room, extra pool, beach and bars with a premium alcohol.

We are a group of 10. I have been to many resorts in the DR. Pros: 1. the staff are amazing. they are friendly and accomodating. They really care that you are having a good time. 2. The pools are fun and entertaining. 3. The rooms were perfect. I loved that they had a sofa and table with two chairs. Not all resorts include both. The bed so comfortable and the shower was the best shower of any resort I've been to. 4. The activities. they had a fair amount of activities...maybe too many arobic related but still fun. Silent Disco was a blast 5. Restaurant dinners were very good. 6. Swim up bars were awesome Cons: 1. We paid for the Premium level which i alwasy do but this is the first place that i would say was NOT worth it. You get access to the premium buffet but the smell is nauseating and food not good. So, i would not spend the extra money for premium 2. the Premium check is was a disaster. If you based you stay at this resort on the check in, you would give it a zero. It took our group 4 hours to check in. some of us had to change rooms up to three times. It was BAD, BAD BAD!! They messed up so often with our check in. It's very small check while the non premium is large and probably much easier. 3. The entertainment was not great with the exception of Michael Jackso 4. The change or cancelation of activities. One of our members love Karaoke and almost choses a resort based on this. we trippled checked this activity before and during our stay and was promised this activity. Well, the night of the event, they canceled it. 5. The main Buffett - horrilble. this was the worse buffett i have been to. Im not a desert person but they had very little. Salad options bad, Meat selection ..hardly any. Just bad!! 6. after the nightly shows, you have an option of the Disco or sit in the main lobby. We did both but it would be nice if they had a little more entertainment around the lobby where we enjoyed drinks. MIDDLE OF THE ROAD: 1. Beach was average 2. Buttler was average - not good or bad RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. As soon as you arrive, make your dinner reservations so you get into the main restaurants. 2. Get down early to put you towels on the chairs whether beach or pool 3. Get involed in the activities....the foam party was epic as was the silent disco IN SUMMARY: This is not a 4 or 5 star....it's a 3.5 star. You WILL have a good time if you get involved in the activities.

We had a great week. The resort is extremely clean and well organized. The food throughout was excellent! We loved it all. Our room was comfortable and conveniently located but it was not a premium room. There were some inconsistencies with the towels left by the maid... sometimes we got facecloths (we asked for them), sometimes we gor none or only one. No big deal but a little annoying. The fridge was stocked daily with water but clean water is also available at all the bars and restaurants. We loved the beach and the premium pool. There is a great variety of activities throughout the day. There are plenty of lounge chairs at the beach and numerous pools. One complaint: our butler was a dud. We had to find him (on our 3rd day we learned that he should have been in contact with us) and initiate contact. We wanted help scheduling breakfast and lunch at the Italian restaurant. It's the only thing we asked for and he said he could do that then proceded to do nothing. We didn't hear from him again. We kept being told to book through the app but it was never an option for us. We learned by talking to other guests that it was because our room was not a premium room!! This is unacceptable! We ended up going to breakfast with another couple who had the same problem but their butler set up their reservation for them. We were looking forward to this perk but were left disappointed by Erntzo.

Thank you for everything Food, drink and environment was amazing. Beach and pool was soo clean. They prepared my birthday party 🥳 it was excellent. I recommend to everyone. Ricardo butler is the best!

Animation is very good, shows are entertaining, and Gasolina was very helpful the whole stay. Food was excellent, rooms nice and tidy, staff is very friendly. Beaches are amazing, the sand is spectacular. 10/10, definitely coming back soon.

First of all, I cannot say enough about this resort, what makes it super fun and special is is a guy named Cappacino and there’s a girl name Raisa that truly make your stay exceptional! Super personal, super fun, hard workers with fantastic personalities. And it also doesn’t help that they’re both easy on the eyes! But seriously if you are here look for cappuccino and Raisa in the entertainment jobs. Impressive got it right by hiring these guys! We enjoyed the food as well and the à la cart. The only one we did not like was the olive tree, Mediterranean. But we certainly enjoyed all of the à la cards again I cannot say enough about Cappacino and Risa 10 stars.⭐️

I went there to celebrate my birthday had so much funciona, great drinks when you are in premiun services, and the premiun snack bar is amazing... the people that wprks at the hotel is always on service and so gente and kind. We arrive early and is so many things around the hotel do kill time... food is good nice variaty on the main bufette service station. Rooms are comfy for sure I will come back... is the perfect spot to spend more time... sadly we just had a weekend on there. The entertainment was so excited and fun. ChOCKI or CHOCOLATE made our time there so freaking fun and we have so many good memorias.

Best entertainer: Cappuccino Best dj: Dj Chulo Best bartender: Juan & Wanda They did their best to entertain, take care of us tourist, and made our time memorable. We appreciate them, and they should be recognized for their amazing work @ the resort.
