ignorant and plainly rude female manager and staff when i asked for coffee to be replenished in the room i was told No you got six that's all you get if you don't like it feel free to leave no service whatsoever food was awful and served in soulless room 2 tables occupied out of 40 terrible experience no service and i paid for all inclusive 1200€ for 4 night's ,A horrible experience

Beautiful apartment and super helpful reception staff. Parking and breakfast cost extra, it would be better to just include them in the overall rate as it´s annoying to have to pay more. Most people staying here would need a car as it´s far from amenities and everyone eats breakfast.

There arent enough superlatives to properly describe this property. The decor is comfortable understated elegance and the views from our balcony were breathtaking. The two pools are beautiful and the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Patricia was warm and a wealth of knowledge helping with restaurant recommendations and sightseeing in the area. There is also a full gym with everything one needs to stay in shape. We will definitely be back and count our time at Cala Lanuza Suites as one of our favorite vacation memories.

This place is simply perfection. If you want to switch off and get away from everything there is nowhere better. The finish on everything is stunning. The decor and design in the room, the breakfast room, the communal areas is perfection. The staff were friendly, the place was luxurious. Cannot fault it. Can’t wait to return. Have recommended to many friends who have seen the pictures and cannot wait.

Very nice hotel, in great condition and with very good service. The room was big and was fitted out very well. The pool was very nice. If you like a hotel in a quiet environment, this will suite you.

Endroit calme, parking en supplément ainsi que le petit déjeuner, chambre tout équipé avec clim, deux piscines et salle de sport. Pas de bar ni de quoi manger, épicerie a l’entrée de cala d’or. La suite avec vue sur mer est juste magnifique. Merci pour ce super sejour.

Ojalá todos los apartahoteles fueran como éste. La habitación es amplia, muy bien diseñada y la limpieza es impecable. Sin duda, es la mejor habitación de hotel en la que he estado. Además, los trabajadores se desviven por los huéspedes y dan solución a lo que haga falta. Volveremos, seguro. Y se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. Y la cala que está al lado es genial. Una experiencia para desconectar.

El hotel es mejor en persona que en fotos. Habitación, amplísima, super bien decorada y con unas vistas espectaculares. También nos encantó la limpieza, el servicio y el desayuno.

Trato excelente. Un lugar mágico donde todo está muy bien cuidado. Con todo tipo de detalles y muy limpio. Rincones por todas partes . Felicitarles por que todo el personal es súper amable. Repetiremos la experiencia. Ideal para desconectar.
