The location is incredible, right opposite esterhazy castle.
There where not a lot of guests so bkfst buffet was not very great on different things. Bkfst price is 29 euros pP
The broom had missed out underneath our table this morning. Disappointing.
Even though the hotel opened about a year ago, there was a little wooden bench with some loose hanging rods at the backrest.

An der Rezeption waren die Damen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer komfortabel und Frühstück war reichlich aus ausgezeichnet. Die Menschen im Service waren sehr sehr nett und stets zuvorkommend. Alles in allem freut man sich auf ein Wiederkommen

The room was very comfortable and clean. Although the open plan bathroom looked a bit weird at first but it was very modern. The staff were very friendly. Loved the location right next to Schloss Esterhazy. Ideal for walking round the old part of the city and the Schloss grounds.

Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip to the area. The hotel itself is very modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. My room had a great view of the castle and was very clean and spacious. the breakfast options were very good so I would definitely recommend the hotel

I definitely pinned my hopes to high. My reservation was booked for the next day. The wooden bench in the reception area had some of the upright wooden connection sticks sticking out. The hotel opened only a year ago. Supposedly 4 stars. So be aware with little children. The described opulent breakfast buffett was rather low key, as there were not a lot of guests, and in our opinion not worth € 29,-. Fair and square, but only if guests do not get charged the full amount. There were about 3 waiter attending this breakfast buffett, underneath our table though seemed that the broom had missed out that morning. As well as the cloth to wipe the table.

Excellent location and super stylish design, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. Also a lovely rooftop bar. Pet friendly. A wide garage. Very accomodating and helpful staff Everything one can wish for. I suggest to reserve directly and not through orher webpages - the price was better directly.

My family (me, my wife and our lovely 11 months old baby daughter) visited the hotel restaurant for the first and the last time on Sunday 30.10.2022 to enjoy a lunch and time together. We knew that the hotel was totaly new and we expected there at least a good and tasty food. Unfortunately the new hotel's restaurant on the ground floor next to the lobby needed only one thing. Hospitality! Nobody noticed us after entering the restaurant and we had to ask waiters for their attention. When we sat down at the table we heard the complain from one woman sitting behind us with her friend (they were the only other guests in the restaurant apart from us) that her pasta sauce was extremely salty and with hair in it! The waiter appologized her and she changed her order to Caesar salad. Based on her experience and very limited Sunday menu we ordered two Caesar salads. We waited 45 minutes and that was really weird because only 3 eating guests were in that time in the restaurant (the older lady behind us, me and my wife). The artifical lemon taste in our ordered water was terrible but that was nit the highlight. When the waiter came after long waiting he brought only the one salad for me and my wife! I still do not understand how this sutuation could happen in 4* hotel because immediately after our order I asked the waiter one more time to make BOTH salads with chicken and not vegetarian. During the time we waited for salads the other three couples came to the restaurant but nobody from waiters paid attention to them so they left. One other pair eas special becouse they asked waiters about possibility to sit down next to the window and the waiters left them wait 5 minutes for "Sorry it is no possible" answer. The problem I currently see in this hotel restaurant is missing hospitality hand in hand with open eyes and ears. If the restaurant cannot handle 3 "eating" (the older lady behind us, me and my wife) guests and a few questions it will be even bigger dissaster with higher number of guests. Me and my wife left the restaurant without paying (we drank half of the water only) and eating - we didn't touch the salad. We complained to the waiter that we wouldn't wait for other portion other 45 minutes. During leaving we were hungry and we heard the waiters discussiun wheter they shiuld have forced us to pay us for water or not.

Das erst im Jahr 2022 eröffnete Hotel, dass an einer exponierten Stelle liegt, hat uns begeistert. Von der Tiefgarage war es ein kurzer Weg zur Rezeption wo wir freundlich empfangen und zügig eingecheckt wurden. Die Rezeptionistin nahm sich die Zeit uns das Haus zu zeigen und zu erklären wo das Restaurant ist und wo es Frühstück gibt. Die Inneneinrichtung der Gästezimmer und der öffentlichen Bereiche ist modern und mit freundlichen Farben. Einig die knallroten und glänzenden keramischen Fliesen rund um den Eingang zum Aufzug fanden wir unpassend. Alles war funktionell und sau- ber. Die Betten waren bequem und mit zwei verschieden großen Kissen ausgestattet. Das Restaurant haben wir zum Mittagessen und auch zum Abendessen genutzt. Die Karte ist zwar klein aber es gibt auch für Vegetarier und Veganer eine kleine Auswahl von sehr leckeren Gerichten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und mit guten Produkten angerichtet.

Wir waren zum Frühstück im Hotel verabredet. Leider hat das Angebot dem Preis und dem Ambiente des Hotels nicht entsprochen. Die Rühreier z.b waren innen grün. Die Semmel waren Aufbackgebäck wie man es in jeden Supermarkt bekommt. Das Brot meines Bekannten war nicht durchgebacken. Das Birchermüsli war vergoren. Auch das Personal war kaum vorhanden. Also man sah das Personal schon, aber es hat seinen Dienst nicht getan. Das Geschirr am Tisch quoll über und div. Speisen wurden nicht nachgebracht. Der Preis von €34 pro Person entspricht nicht der erbrachten Leistung bzw. Qualität.
