The park is great if you like fast cold rivers. But don’t expect friendly reception staff! Bathrooms lack soap dispenser too. It wouldn’t be hard to replace cranky reception staff and replace missing soap dispensers. Otherwise the sites by the river are superb.

Booked in over New Years for 3 nights. Only stayed the 2. Enquired about a refund, received a response and said someone from management would get back to me with an answer. Still waiting…. Not fussed over the refund, just a response would be nice. Room was quite dirty when we arrived, pool was dirty, seemed to be overcrowded (understand it’s new years) a lot of rubbish everywhere. Only leaving review as you as a park have this as your check out process. Quite a bit outdated needs a bit of work. Do not recommend, try elsewhere. Cheers

Just a beautiful holiday park. Super friendly staff, great camp sites with lots of shade and grass, extra neat, tidy and clean and that beautiful Goulburn river flowing right at your feet. Awesome wildlife / birdlife around the park too. Great place to just star gaze at night.....my boys saw and learned many constellations that are just not visible in the city, it was a great experience all around. We'll be back...... Top notch!

Really average experience. No hot showers for three of the five nights. Dirty room on arrival. Poor maintenance of facilities and equipment. Left as another couple were in office informing staff of how poor the park was.

We booked a budget cabin with a dog enclosure attached as a last minute getaway during school holidays. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the cabin, the very good dog enclosure and how well the grounds of the park were kept. The state of all the facilities were a credit to all the staff. The jumping pillow and scooter track were very well received by the kids. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim but we had a very pleasant stay.

Coming to relax and be active at the river shores, (beautiful as is) is worth it alone. The cabin we've have been assigned could have better (overall) isolation around from the outside wind, which we suppose at the full heat summer is than the best thing to have, at the other side of the point. Staff is 100% professional, informative and helpful. All the services and facilities in the camp work properly and are performed meticulously on time. The camp kiosk store has more than you might need in the terms of food, refreshments, and even the gas cylinders re-supply, for your trailer and similar. A lot of available tenting space around for the low-profile tenting enthusiasts, at the affordable fee. You can hire the pedal carts if you really hate to walk at any given time, as well. Good safety, cleaning practices and general rules all over the camp, very pleasant to see, and very safe (safety) feeling overnight, as well. No any space struggle parking your vehicle anywhere next to your cabin, tent or lot. Camp can benefit further getting the sealed road surfaces inside, instead of current unsealed, dusty ones (as at currently 2023). Various tradies can also be seen in the morning arriving to constantly maintain, fix, and improve the standard of facilities. Overall - being this helpful experience of staying here - we highly recommend visiting this camp first, before going to the any others that are more directly at the lake itself. You are not going to be lost, unsafe, or be disappointed here.
