這裏應該是尼科西亞最好的酒店，有最好的**，有高爾夫球場配套。 海景很棒，設施也很新。早餐比伊斯坦堡很多酒店都豐盛。如果説有美中不足的地方，就是拖鞋質量不匹配，床上用品的體感稍微硬了一些。

This is our second year visiting this hotel, we can not fault how amazing the hotel decor is, absolutely stunning! It feels like luxury from the minute you step in. It's a small hotel compared to others we have visited in north cyprus, but this is why we come. Service is always good and food is very good quality. The rooms are stunning and very luxurious. No expense spared. Even the lobby WC are stunning. If I was to add one improvement I would suggest near the main pool there is a large wall behind the sand play area, I would like this to be less of an eye sore by adding fake foliage just like tbe adult pool perhaps. This is not an All inclusive hotel, we usually do full board which includes all drinks at meal times, inbetween meals you are able to get water from the bar but anything else is extra. One of the nicest luxuries are the sun loungers, they are large well padded and you can easily fall asleep on them. Sun bed Towels are provided and can be changed often. As it was our anniversary the hotel sent us a platter of treats to our room with a bottle of champagne, this was very thoughtful and complimentary. Over all we will be returning when we visit cyprus next.

I have visited more high priced hotels before, but I’ve never seen a more comfortable hotel. First of all -and the most important - the rooms were really comfortable, glamorous, and clean. Then the food was very diverse and delicious. You could find absolutely anything you want to find. The hotel staff were really devoted to the comfort of me and my family. For me, the best part of hotel was the mini club. You can leave your child to the excellent teachers Ms. Esma, Fatma, Cansu, Pınar and Sena and excellent Hotel Manager Ms. Songül. Thank you all also very much! They treated my 3 year old no different than a sister, and didn’t let her get bored. She literally didn’t want to get out of mini club. And while she plays with her excellent and experienced teachers and friends ı enjoyed the hotel. Everything was perfect. Thank You Kaya Pallazo for the best experience!

We stayed here early in the season and knew that one of the pools might not be open. However we couldn’t even get a cup of tea poolside. Everyone in the hotel were too busy organising the outside areas, including painting. When the poolside bar opened my son-in-law ordered chips for a toddler which never appeared. The service was slow. The fish restaurant is ok but definitely not 5 star. The staff at reception were unhelpful when we asked them to print our boarding cards so we had to do it ourselves which took over an hour as the keyboard was not standard. We paid full price for a hotel which was not fully open. I think they should have discounted our stay. We would definitely not stay here again! Especially at the price we paid!!

The hotel was great. I was in the hotel in March 2024.The reception staff, including Mr. Ali and Mr. Veli, are great. But the entertainment program of the hotel was weak. The hotel jacuzzi water was a little cold But the hotel food and room service were excellent If more entertainment programs are prepared for the hotel, the hotel is one of the best hotels in Antalya

Our reservation was for a party of four at the Serafina restaurant, Kaya Palazzo Kyrenia. Overall, what an extremely disappointing evening. I would not recommend to anyone. The service was agonisingly slow and the food was substandard. The room was also filled with thick clouds of cigarette smoke. We had ordered 4 starters, of which only 3 were delivered. It eventually arrived after we had all finished our food. And this was only because we kept asking where it was. The calamari starter was over cooked, dry and chewy and the goats cheese salad was served with an overkill of tough, stringy spinach leaves. It was also very difficult to get a waiter’s attention to ask for some water. Another wait for the main courses where unfortunately one dish delivered was not what we had ordered, so a further wait for the correct dish to arrive. Taste wise my linguini was bland, but the main problem was that the food was cold. The waiter offered to reheat it but I declined - not knowing if the food would ever come back in time. The saving grace for this meal was the dessert. The tiramisu and crème brûlée tasted fine. Apparently they were understaffed this evening which would explain the slow service, but it does not excuse the tasteless and substandard food that leaves their kitchen, for which they are charging a premium price for.

Eğer bu otele giderseniz, check out yaptıktan sonra 1 dakika dahi otelde durmayın, hemen terk edin yoksa self servis (alacart bile degil ) restaurantta kişi başı 2100 tl (yaklaşık 70 $)fatura cikarabilirler,üstüne bir de restaurant çalışanlarının tacizkar bakışlarına maruz kalabilirsiniz, calisanlar tabaga ne aldigimiza bile bakıyorlar 😅 bir tavsiye de vereyim, müşteri "teşekkürler" dediğinde "bi şey degil" denmeyecegini, restaurant çalışanlarınıza ogretebilirsiniz. Bu yaşadığımız kötü deneyimler dışında odalar temiz, mini club standart , spa güzel, odamızı 11.30 gibi verdiler , mini bar oldukça pahalı, mümkünse mini bari acmayin bile
