샤토 노바 킹스웨이(Chateau Nova Kingsway)

Price is very reasonable but it is there for a reason. Staff were excellent but room was not cleaned. Opened the bed up in our room and there were all sorts of hair in the bed simply indicating they didn’t clean our bedding prior to our stay which is disgusting. I notified staff and they had me swapped into a new room within minutes that we looked over to make sure it was clean which was excellent of them to do that. Room was fair I’ve stayed in a far worse place. It’s worth the stay for the price but be prepared to be disappointed in cleanness of the rooms.

When we walked into our room we found old breakfast sausages laying on the floor in plain view. The room said 5 people, we managed 4 people but there was only pillows for 2 people. When we asked the front desk they said no they couldn’t get us more as the house keeping was gone. I asked again was told maybe I could get someone from the restaurant to get you some. When they found pillows they called our room and asked us to come get them. The two pillows they found must have been run over before we got them as were flat as pancakes.

I was in town for a concert and looking for an inexpensive room close to the downtown area. This place checked both those boxes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself could use an upgrade but otherwise I was happy with it and would stay there again. The carpet in the hallway was kind of trippy so that was an added bonus.

It was great the second night they upgraded our room to a suite and we never even asked for it . Loved every minute of it

Front staff we definitely not the most friendly, but the hotel was nice. I stayed in the Annex building. Seemed old and run down. The room was nice. Spacious. Dirty coffee mugs. With coffee on them. Otherwise my stay was good. Bed was comfortable. I would book again, but stay in the hotel and not the annex building.

Found the room to old & needs updating. Wallpaper peeling, rug was lifting. Door handle on bathroom door falling off & leaking faucet. Door was hard to lock. Only one washcloth when I asked for more was told there wasn’t any and “they’re in the laundry”. I found that to be unacceptable 2 people for 2 nights and you can’t provide washcloths.

There’s pro and cons to this hotel. The pros were it’s easy to park , staff was nice and the food was very good at the restaurant. I recommend getting the BBQ bacon burger! It was excellent! Only issue with this place is , it could use some loving (TLC) . It also smelled kind of stail in the hotel room but it was clean so no issues with that. And for some reason they have the thermostat in Feranhite and not Celsius. Tried changing it to Celsius but wouldn’t work. Then when I asked the staff at the front desk how to change it. She said there isn’t a way which is odd cause I’m sure there is a way. As well there was no microwave in the room which is another odd thing. Every hotel in my opinion should have microwaves in each room. Especially since they have room services

Late to get checked in to our room, internet and tv were down, room smelled like smoke or burning, all windows were open upon arrival.

Very accommodating, clean and quiet. Would stay here again. My only concern is that some of our towels were dirty and had black stains.
