위치는 편했고 청결도도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만 방음이 덜 되어서 복도소리가 시끄럽게 들렸고, 전반적으로 낙후된 가구들이 아쉬웠습니다.

Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I had arrived earlier than expected and I was able to check in right away. The King room had a great view of downtown Edmonton. I enjoyed the business lounge access with evening aperitifs, the view of the city from the lounge and it was amazing to watch the sunset in the evening. Having breakfast included in my room rates was a great addition to the booking as it was convenient for me. You can also watch the sunrise if you get to the lounge early enough to get a seat by the window while having your breakfast there.

When I got into the hotel, the ambiance was cozy and nice. I love the elegant old style look. The security will greet you as soon as you come in and the receptionists were helpful. When we went to our room, t'was a little small for a two full bed suite. There were only 2 pillows each bed and there's no microwave oven nor refrigerator. There's only 1 bath towel as well so me and my spouse had to wait for it to dry up a lil bit before we can use it again. They have a "public parking" at the hotel but you have to pay $25/night and it's my first time to encounter paying for hotel parking where you're booked. It was not a bad stay and overall, i'll give it a 3.5/5.😊

The front desk was very kind, we stayed here for 3 days and never got asked if we needed towels or coffee or anything, nor was our room even asked to be cleaned. The continental breakfast was decent and handy. The pool area is decent for a smaller town. There was lots of homeless around this hotel, it felt unsafe.

Service was good. I wasn’t able to go to the gym. The cafe was closed. I haven’t tried the food. The drinks are good.

I had a wonderful stay. The only reason I can’t give it a full five stars is because when I got there, two of the lamps wouldn’t turn on and the alarm clock was off. I had to track the plugs down under the bed where there was a tangled mess of wires into a power bar. The lamp and alarm clock were unplugged, and so was the standup lamp by the window. Undoubtedly, this was because there is a lack of accessible plugs where one can charge a phone or plug anything in by the bed or by the table by the window. As most of us use our mobile phones to organize our lives, as alarm clocks, as entertainment, as news sources, and so much more in addition to communication, it’s reasonable to expect that a hotel would consider those customer needs. Aside from that, the bed was very comfortable and I had a very good sleep. The unit was clean, cozy, and comfortable. My only other gripe is that the shower head is too low and I had to crouch under it to properly shower. All that being said, I would gladly stay here again. I enjoyed it very much.

I’ve stayed here a few times because it’s clean, good comfy mattress and pillows, clean, very nice staff, good location, reasonable price, close to shopping, Rogers Stadium, restaurants, and transportation. We’ll be back.

The view was so amazing. The room was comfortable and resonably quiet. We would stay here again if we need a place to stay downtown.
