RYS 호텔(Rys Hotel)

Genel olarak iyi.

The toilet of the room had pee stains from the previous guests when we first checked in. They offered to change the room. We changed the room and the new room's bathroom had body hair from the previous guests this time. The chairs had shoe marks. (Someone tied their shoes on the chair.) The window of the room had hair grease from someone leaning onto it. There is a serious cleaning problem with this property.

The rooms are more than ideal, people are very welcoming and cheerful. We had organized an international meeting and everything went really well. You can definitely choose RYS Hotel if you ever come to Edirne province.

People working at the reception should speak English, as non-turkey citizens staying at the hotel. They gave us a room with one double bed, after a long communication with google translate they changed the room. We went upstairs and surprise the room was again with 1 double bed. After another long communication with google translate finally we got a room with 2 single beds. Also the four stars don`t respond to the quality of the rooms. The only good thing is the restaurant on the top of the building, it has an amazing view, the staff speaks English and is very polite.

A terrible night in Edirne… I spent one night in this hotel, a nightmare! They gave me a smoke-room, I complained but the girl at the front desk was rude and there were no other options. The room was big, but the smell was really awful! No chair to work at the desk. No instruction to log in the wifi (use the passport code, but not the whole code - any instruction please ??). The wifi was poor and in the evening it also stopped working. The bed was definitely not confortable and of course with a terrible smell. Something more to add ?? Don't spend your night here!

Everything was up to our expectations, and there’s this helpful young man called Osman, such a helpful staff!

I’m here in this hotel a frequently guest and very satisfied. Staff is always very friendly and helpful anytime. Hotel is very central and very clothes to a shopping mall and nice cafes and bars. Restaurant are around, but the rooftop restaurant has a astonishing view from the city and the food is a culinary delight highlight. Ottoman kitchen is highly recommended. Parking lot is available for free. Rooms are very large.

Reception poor. No assistance with lugage. They charge you for anything - toiletpapir still Free of charge. English menu in restaurant was a bit absurd . A lot of dish not available.
