화이츠 시티 캐번 인(White's City Cavern Inn)

Awesome spot for going to Guadalupe and Carlsbad Caverns National Parks. Very clean and simple. I was there in winter so the pool was not operational, but looked like it was kept up. Only downside is that you need to go to Carlsbad for restaurants, shopping, etc.

While the place was a bit dated the room was very nice, roomy and very clean. Breakfast was a little lame but the price of the room was fantastic. Nearest restaurant is in Carlberg City.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only nearby restaurant closes at 3 and the minimart at 6. Nearest other food options are about 20 miles away. Breakfast was dry cereal with milk, juice, coffee, fruit.

Very quiet place. We stayed 3 nights at the end of December 2023. The bed slept comfortably for me. The staff are very nice. There is a small grocery / gift shop across the way. Very very close to the Caverns. Also, yes bring food with you like everyone says, we did and we survived. The town is pretty far away if one doesn’t want to get out. All in all we had a great stay and vacation.

No elevators, tv and phone not working. Not much of a continental breakfast either. Well, at least it’s the closest hotel to the caverns.

Great hotel, little to no dining choices near by, the only cafe within 15 miles closes at 3pm. Pack food.

This was a fun place to stay to see the Caverns. Not a high class Hotel but a nice clean order hotel with a lotta character. The price is right.

Location to National Park Carlsbad Caverns was the priority for us & it is perfect for that! However I question an 8.2 rating because many factors across the spectrum must be met. The hotel is old, the room was clean which is great. The bedsheets need to be upgraded as they are thin from use, some f the towels had holes in them so need replacing too. Check in person was so-so but efficient. Continental breakfast in hotel check in area 10x10 at best, one table so extremely cramped. Coffee cups styrofoam & no lids offered. Individual cold cereal choice, 1 banana. Milk in a gallon container as well as juice. Package powder creamer, no individual liquid. And muffins. Best thing was at breakfast the check out lady provided great advice for travel routes per her experience. Saved us being stuck on a route that would’ve delayed our time.

The room was nice and the breakfast was as in the description. The main problem has been wifi, it was not working in the room, as the datas, we spoke with the staff at the lobby and she told us that it should work and nothing else. When you publish your hotel has wifi the normal thing to due when a guest point out a problem is to fix it. We stayed there two night and nothing changed. We saw other people complaining.
