Premier Inn Ebbw Vale

Lovely hotel and very helpful friendly staff not lots to do in the area but some beautiful views! And very close to the train station which was brilliant for our trip

Very pleased with our two day stay at Ebbw Vale. Hotel was very comfortable with all of the amenities we needed;- easy to get to, spacious room, quiet, nice views, very friendly & helpful staff. I would certainly stay there again. Arrived refreshed and on time for the wedding.

Was placed here with my three children due to a house flood. We arrived to some lovely treats off a member of staff to cheer us up, Cath Sharkey. The kids were thrilled, was a lovely gesture. We had a beautiful room and the beds were so so comfy, best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Will definitely book a night again in the near future.

Lovely hotel. Everywhere was clean and perfect place to stay to go into Cardiff for the Bruce Springsteen concert. Staff where friendly and having the pub next door to have an evening meal and breakfast was a plus. Having a lift at the hotel was a bonus.

We have just spent four nights here, as part of a large Car Club Group, over 50 of us. The staff at the hotel were amazing, helpful and friendly, both all of the reception staff and housekeeping staff. Our room was a particularly large room and benefited from a window that opened as well as the aircon (worth asking if you like a bit of fresh air). The bathroom was spotless. The room was serviced as we wished, as we were there for four nights. Great shower. The Brewers Fayre attached more than met our needs and once again the staff were all great. They catered for more than 50 of us for dinner for two nights in a very efficient manner. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Being from the South of England we were pleasantly surprised by the low cost of the drinks! I apologise for cleaning out the Whitley Neil Gin stock! The location served our purpose as we were doing long scenic drives for the two main days of our trip.

we needed a place to stay just for an overnight stay. was greeted with a warm welcome. room was very clean. as ever the beds are so comfortable. and great value for money

I chose this hotel because it was close to my home town which I was visiting for the first time in years. The location was practical, easily accessible and in a reasonably quiet location. Have used Premier Inn many times and wasn't disappointed. Small issue with room on arrival, was given another room immediately. Staff were so friendly and efficient. Brewers Fayre next door if we wanted to eat and our evening meal that we had was superb. Good tasty food at a good price. Loved my stay and would definitely return.

We chose to stay here to go to see rugby in Cardiff. Easy walking distance to the station, only an hour into Cardiff. Quiet location and reasonably priced compared to other locations. Great hotel, lovely staff, great all you can eat breakfast too!

I found the hotel very relaxing, room comfortable and spacious, the staff were very nice and friendly, easy access to car park, it was in a great location for me visit south wales, also food service was a very good standard, overall a great experience.
